Room in Apartment. They all simular, View is a key of this place. Sea site. Serenity. Fresh air, balcony. So amazing with balcony. But room is not very clean, not cleaned well. Need to put attention on it. Reseption is OK. I often stay here for a while , but prices become higher and higher. Room is older 🙈

Amazing International standards serviced apartment. Right from checkin to checkout you won't be disappointed with the hospitality and services. It's a brand new apartment, all the appliances are international branded like Siemens, Toto, Electrolux, Huawei... They have Nescafe coffee machine with good Nescafe coffee capsules. They have indoor Air quality monitoring. Breakfast was great, as a vegetarian there was plenty options and every day there was different variety. The coffee is worth to try. The swimming pool and gym has a good view. I enjoyed every bit of it. Respectful and supportive staff. Location wise, it's a walkable distance to beach and closer to local amenities. Perfect for a family trip.Tip: Ask for Building 1 as you will get nice ocean and mountain view.

There are many rooms to choose from. The upper floors can partially see the sea. You can borrow sea-catching tools and swimming rings for free. The decoration is not exquisite but the facilities are complete. It is very clean and warm. The boss has a super good attitude.

The hotel is conveniently located, just a few minutes from the sea. There is a supermarket on the -1 floor, and many bus stops and cafes nearby. The room has hot water with good pressure, the air conditioner works quietly, which creates comfortable conditions. There is also a steamer and a multicooker, which is convenient for families with small children. You can't hear the street, you can relax peacefully. The manager is always ready to help with any questions. I recommend.

The view was amazing and enjoyed every bit of it. I loved the fact that the hotel did assist with activities in Sanya which made the stay amazing. The room service was great and there was shuttle to go around the Island. The rooms were also very spacious loved that indeed..

Our transport got us to the wrong location the first time, but after calling the front desk, the reception lady was very kind to quickly zip over on an electric scooter and brought us to the correct location which was just about 100m away. There were locals staying in the apartment block too, some accommodations were rented out for tourists. Comfortable 2-room private apartment for 4 adults, with 2 rooms and double beds, 1 common shower, wash area and toilet. Kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, induction cooker, crockery, cutlery and some food preparation tools. Living/dining room had a TV, coffee table, 3-seater sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. Balcony had a washing machine with capsule detergent, drying rack, a couple of outdoor chairs. A nice sea view awaits with views of surrounding apartments. Morning/afternoon sun shone onto the balcony nicely, providing warmth and excellent for drying clothes. Need to request floormat at the shower area, digital lock was hard to open at times, remote for TV wasn't working but reception resolved quickly. You can link up with reception via WeChat for any queries or requests. At ground level there're just 1 or 2 grocery shops and about 3 eateries, but not very lively. About 10mins walk, you can reach a shopping mall/arcade with a very large supermarket and there you can get lots of snacks, drinks and a variety of other day to day items. Lots of eating places at the shopping mall too. Although the apartment is quite out of the way, just call DiDi as its very fast to arrive and took us to many places.

The host is hospitable and the service is thoughtful, making me feel at home during my trip. The location was not ideal for the purpose of my vacation. It was difficult to determine from the online information available, if there was a beach nearby. There wasn’t. It was also frustrating that the swimming pool was closed given that there was not swimming beach nearby. There is a supposed to be a spa in the hotel but it was no longer available. A fitness room still exists and looked well equipped. Aside from this, the staff were friendly and a couple of the staff spoke enough English to take care of my needs. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the cleaning staff did an excellent job of cleaning my room. It was convenient to have laundry facilities in the room given that my stay was 14 days long. If you’re in Haikou for business, then I give this hotel high marks. I was on vacation so it wasn’t the ideal hotel.

When you come here first enter the Garden Apartment Hotel. At the reception turn to right. Outside on the right there are three shops (photo 2)l. In one of them you can check in. The lady there is very friendly and her service is excellent. The room was big and has a big refrigerator and heating facilities. There is also a balcony but there is only a partial view of the sea. In the garden (photo 1) is a swimming pool. Through the back door you get to the beach park.

Since we arrived at the hotel late that day, the room we were given was different from what we booked. We booked a 90 square meter room but were given a 70 square meter one. It was not too fussy to stay there for one night.

We are happy with the stay. We are not able to find the right entrance to the place initially, but I gave the person in charge a call and was guided to the right entrance easily The place is cosy and the view is beautiful! There are lots of eateries and convenient stores around the place. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all available in this area, there are supermarkets so if you crave for fresh fruits, you are covered We took walks around the area, and the sea view is great! I recommend this place for short stays if you are at HaiKou and want ultimate unblock seaview

It is very suitable for a family or a few friends to travel together. The environment is very quiet, parking is convenient, and the customer service is very responsible. They personally came to the door to receive us and took us to the room after 11 o'clock in the evening.

Good large room that is similar style to a Studio Apartment. Has a good open feel to it. Has a kitchen area however has no cooking utensils or items other then some cups and a kettle which suited my needs. There are many snack foods, restaurants and shopping places across the road at the Yuanda Shopping Center. There is a washing machine and laundry liquid is provided. Very handy indeed. And the smart toilet is an interesting experience. You will see. Access is from behind the front of the building facing main Road. Walk to the back area then enter the lobby and take lift up to the 10th Floor and find Bella smart hotel office down the corridor. The staff in that apartment made into an office, will check your booking credentials and ID and give you your room card. Easy. And the gentleman was very friendly even when we where using the translation APP as my Chinese isn't so good. NOTE: Only certain lifts go to the higher floors and sometimes may have a little wait for it to arrive. Cleaning staff are also friendly and always offered more water even if I didn't need them to clean the room. Close to convention and Exhibition Center as well. Walking distance about 15 mins away.

The house is very good, because this time I came out to set about 200 － 300 homestays, the same price Haikou is much more cost-effective than Sanya. Because it was a little rainy when I arrived in Haikou, I didn't go to the beach. There is a Wanlv Park near the hotel. It happens that there is a light meeting on the 15th of the first month, which is very good. The house is far from the airport and Hainan Provincial Museum. Everything else is very good.

Order takeaways and have them delivered directly to your room. You can see the sea from the living room and bedroom Service: We are responsive to all requests. The pretty girl at the front desk greeted us at the entrance of the building. Parking downstairs is free, parking in the garage is 5 yuan for 24 hours, which is so cheap. Refrigerators, washing machines, and laundry detergent are all available.

The room is a double bedroom with a parent-child bed. I stayed in the small room with a single bed. The big room was noisy all night due to the howling sea breeze, which disturbed my sleep. But you can see the sea view on both sides of Riyue Bay, people surfing, yacht harbor, etc. The air is fresh, and the price is not high, so I am quite satisfied with the stay.

We loved the space that this apartment offered along with fantastic views. We had rented a car and really needed it (or a scooter) for this location but with that transporting it was really great. The botanical gardens nearby were great as were other beaches we checked out. We went to Sanya for the day and realized that we made the right choice to stay where we did. Our kids did surf camp each day which worked out great for everyone.

The room is relatively large, but the bathroom is small. The bathroom door is too close to the toilet. It should be designed as a sliding door. The bathroom facilities are old and the mattress is not comfortable. There is no way during the Spring Festival, so it is 600+. Hotel location is relatively biased, suitable for self-driving.
