I stayed here for a week with my friend, the host was very nice and the room was very clean. The location is also good, just a few steps away from the subway station. The room has basic living facilities such as a washing machine and a refrigerator, and the sheets and quilts are very comfortable to sleep on.

The room is good-looking, very clean, and the surrounding environment is good. You can reach the Qi River right after going down. The night view is beautiful. It is convenient for travel and shopping. I am very satisfied to stay here with my family!

[Qiang][Qiang] As soon as I stepped into this B&B, I was attracted by its unique style, which was exactly the same as the pictures I saw on the platform. Wooden furniture is matched with retro decorations to create a perfect atmosphere. The room has good lighting, which makes me feel particularly comfortable. The geographical location is excellent, and the surrounding attractions are within walking distance. It is very convenient to travel and any photo you take will turn out great. The room was spotlessly clean, with no peculiar smell and a nice fragrance. The facilities are complete, and the boss also enthusiastically introduced us to the travel guide. It was very considerate and I gave it five stars without hesitation.

Excellent value for money! Because I was sent at will by irresponsible other hotels in the middle of the night, I booked it temporarily. It was already more than one o'clock in the morning at the hotel. The boss still kept the phone open and communicated the free parking location. Finally, he moved his car away and gave it to me. I was very touched! I was surprised when I entered the room. This environment configuration is not lost to the hotel around 300-400. The room is large and the sheets are covered with the smell of sun exposure. This slippers really give full marks. Family travel may be enough. There are other big hotels around the whole season. The large four-bedroom house I stayed in this time was my greatest comfort during my trip to Guangzhou. Hygiene: The place is very clean, the floor is spotless, there are no water stains in the bathroom, and there are no oil stains in the kitchen. Facilities: The landlord prepared a complete set of items for me to cook with, including an induction cooker and pot for dinner, a washing machine to dry my clothes, and a large screen to watch movies. It is very convenient to live here. Service: I received good service, their service team is strong, and they will help me as soon as possible when I encounter problems.

The female staff were friendly and helpful. Apart from that, it's a mediocre hotel. The cleanliness is questionable. I was getting ready to check out, and I was looking for my thing. Instead, I found random trash under the table that didn't belong to me. I wasn't aware that theese were sitting there since I checked in. I also got a towel with a stain, but the front desk changed it. The good reviews are a scam. They offer an umbrella or a power bank in return for a good review. So if you need a free umbrella, you can stay here. The staff that was working at night is incompetent. The first night after I checked in, I needed an iron, so I texted the front desk late at night. They told me the hotel doesn't offer this service. After complaining that this is unbelievable, the staff offered to get a small iron, which I could pick up in the morning. I will give him A for effort because he bought an iron at 1am. But the iron he bought was the worst iron I've ever seen. It didn't have a heating setting, can spray water, and only work at medium heat. Took me 40 mins to iron 2 pieces of clothing. The next day, I asked the female staff for an iron, and she brought me one! There was an iron, and this male employee had no idea. What kind of an employee doesn't know what the hotel has or hasn't? So, a mediocre place.

It is really worth to stay. It’s very clean. The bed is very comfortable and the beds are fresh. It’s a good size room with a washing machine and a fridge and a Cato. There are lots of food options are a supermarket in the same building.

Checked out after one night stay despite planned for 3 nights stay due to noise and disturbance from the upper floor during midnight which is beyond management control since it's a commercial/business type apartment, highlighted to management office and it was responded positively by offering a switch of unit of which was turned down as I'm not a brave risk taker. The explanation and apology by management staff was duly accepted. Thanks for the kind positive response, that's all we need as travellers.🙏 Save for the above, the apartment unit has been well taken care of and is suitable for family stay especially for large groups of people.

There is no front desk here. When I got to the neighborhood, I notified the landlord, and he came to pick me up in about ten minutes. He took me to the room very quickly. After I completed the registration, he repeatedly reminded me to bring the building door card. He was so thoughtful! Give a thumbs up! There are indeed a lot of wild food nearby. It is a pleasure to come here to eat when you have time. The most important thing is that there is a subway here (Line 22), which is convenient for going out of Panyu or Guangzhou!

Location: Perfectly situated in the heart of Zhongshan, close to attractions and public transport. The mall next to this place has everything. Cleanliness: Tidy and well-maintained room, with minor wear and tear. Hot water wasn't really working though. Service: Helpful staff, with minor service delays. Facilities: Has the basic hotel amenities, but could benefit from additional facilities like a spa or pool. Overall, my stay at this service apartment was delightful. The prime location, commendable cleanliness, combined to create a memorable experience. I would recommend this place to fellow travelers visiting Zhongshan, and I look forward to returning for another stay in the future.
