The location of the hotel is perfect: close to the sea, ShaPoWei art street , Xiamen university campuses. The views from the 60th floor are breathtaking. There’s a very prompt and friendly service . The only downside is the cleanliness of the room…. Yet the beds are clean and comfy. Also bear in mind that there’s a rooftop lounge on the same floor and it gets noisy at night , so if you’re a light sleeper like me, consider bringing ear plugs) But for the price you pay and the location I suppose it’s not a problem .

We booked the 4 bedrooms apartment, if you are here for the view you won’t be disappointed. Otherwise the place is like a hostel, whole building is used for room rental, and cafes, spa are on the same building. We were on 53rd floor and there is a cafe a few unit away. It seems that they can run any kind of business as they pleased. Mostly young adults and the place is very very busy, I guess it’s because it’s next to the university. They make you register for check in on an app but all the gate and lift access system are broken. We came from B1 carpark and we can take the lift right up to the room without any security check, I was worried about security but it seems that there are cameras everywhere. The apartment was disappointing as it was old and run down. The mahjong table was broken, the sofa are not comfortable, the shower room is mouldy and if you use the rain shower it will flood as the drainage is not efficient. The kitchen was fitted with Miele oven/washer/hood but they don’t seems to allow you to use it as they keep bedsheets and miscellaneous thing in all the drawers and oven. No utensils of any kind. We did make use of the big fridge though. I do have to say the owner/housekeeper and cleaner are very responsive to all the requests, my aircon was broken and they send someone to fix it at 10pm, but can only be fixed the next day, luckily I have the spare room to sleep in for the 1st night. (Aircon is loud in the small room too, had to wear earplugs) The view from the apartment is magnificent, period.

Clean and comfortable room with very good location. It’s located 10 minutes walk from Xiamen North station. There are mini markets and lots of eateries down stairs. The person in charge was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

Facilities: central air conditioning, refrigerator, washing machine, electric water heater Sanitation: Auntie cleans every day from 10-12 noon (a little later is fine) As soon as you enter the room, you will feel very bright and clean, and there is a floor-to-ceiling window to see the sea, and the sunset in the morning is very beautiful! There is a wardrobe refrigerator in the house, which is very considerate! The only drawback is that it is more troublesome to cook by yourself! The brothers at the front desk are very enthusiastic, but my friend parked his car at the mall, and parking at the mall downstairs is indeed more expensive! Others are very convenient, about 8 minutes walk from Nanputuo of Xiamen University, and 10 minutes drive from Zhongshan Road Gulangyu, very convenient! The scenery is beautiful! There are many buses to the scenic spot! Worth recommending!

Reception staff Abby Wu and Richard Nian were very friendly, helpful, and provided top-notch service with a smile. Ms Abby Wu even “upgraded” our booking to that with breakfast for 5 instead of for 3 and for that, we are grateful. The level of service provided really stood out and left a very good first impression. The concierge was also super helpful assisting with our luggage bags and readily provided us with detailed directions to the places that we wanted to visit . Great Location, next to the metro station (Lindou station) Entrance 3 and right opposite the hotel is the Bao Lung ONE Mall where there are plenty of eateries and restaurants as well as fast food stores. The 3-bedroom deluxe room that we booked was awesome, spacious, well-appointed with comfy beds and clean pillows, kitchenette with pots, plates, utensils and cutlery as well as microwave oven and there’s even a washer and dryer provided (did not have the chance to use as we only stayed for one night). Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Somerset Software Park Xiamen and we highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday in Xiamen.

Very good service by apartment manager who showed us to our room and even helped to arrange to change room and additional booking for 2nd night! We booked a different room for the 2nd night with an amazing view! Absolutely love our stay here. Super clean and also, very near to shopping mall and a convenience store downstairs! It's very close to the airport. It takes less than 5 minutes to get there by car and the free airport pick-up service is great~! The room is small and exquisite, clean and well-equipped with everything. There are food stalls and snack bars downstairs, and there are several snack stalls and snack bars at nearby intersections. The food stalls, the boss and the lady boss are very polite. I will choose to stay here again next time I come to Xiamen!

This Twin Towers Hotel is really amazing! As soon as I walked in, I was attracted by its warmth and comfort. The room is beautifully decorated, and every detail reveals the owner's care and taste. The bed is soft and comfortable. After a good night's sleep, the whole person feels rejuvenated. I am also very satisfied with the service in the store, which is warm but not too intrusive. The recommended hotel gave me a travel photo shoot, which was professional and efficient, and exceeded the film. I will stay here again next time!

Not bad, close to the subway entrance and train station, there is a shopping mall downstairs, and it is also close to the intersection for buying supper at night. It is very cost-effective to book in advance during holidays, and I also renewed it for one night👍There is a refrigerator, hair dryer and washing machine. It would be better if there is a microwave. The food I bought can't be heated up when it is cold. I also suggest that the position of the shower head can be changed!

Close to Taihe Square, the transportation is convenient, the landlord is very good, help Xiaobai I am familiar with the layout of the room and the use of electrical appliances, because I am a special soldier traveling, I will encounter situations where clothes cannot be dried, but there will be no such situation here, washing machines and refrigerators are available, It brought great convenience to my journey, very satisfied 👍

Great view. No problem communicating with the apartment owner but the results weren't satisfactory. As can be seen from the photos, there was a broken door latch to the outside air conditioning unit. When I reported this was letting cold air in. The answer I received was that it wouldn't be cold tonight (this is still winter). Then given the options of look for other accommodation or other room. This is 3 o'clock in the afternoon and unpacked. Checked out the other room but too much trouble to pack Ended up using a chair to keep closed. If I was given the latch and a spanner/ screwdriver, I could have replaced it in 2 minutes. It is a simple latch used on electrical/industrial panels. If you don't maintain things they turn to poo.

The accommodation in Fuzhou is expensive and poor, and it is almost away from Dapu.

Good value for money, the room can see the sea and the sunrise! The store has good service and attitude. You can rent an electric car at the door to basically go to nearby attractions. You can also go to Yongning Town to eat and see the ancient city. If you live near Luojia Temple, it is highly recommended.
