One of the best hotels we have stayed in Switzerland. Hotel staff was super friendly and upgraded our room for free. She also briefed us about the free transport card provided by the hotel and showed us where we could go in Geneva.
The location of the hotel is perfect as it is right opposite to the Geneva train station. The room is big and comfy, despite being a bit old.
The location is good. There are many delicious food nearby. There are also two supermarkets. However, the parking fee is CHF 35, which is relatively expensive. The meter is 2.8 francs per hour and has a limit of 90 minutes. However, you can re-enter with no limit on the number of times. In the evening Free from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. Breakfast is a buffet, and the 20 francs is not worth it because the fruits are not very fresh.

The best boutique five-star hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. The house has been around for three or four hundred years, but the interior is very modern and the details are very good, even more particular than some of the domestic head five stars.
When we checked in we asked whether, after we check out, we could leave our luggage with them since we didn't want to carry many luggage to Paris and the answer from the front lady with her careless eye was ”NO, because we didn't have enough space”. We were very sorry with the answer and hopelessly thought how we could deal with the problem. Luckily, on the day we checked out we met another front lady who was very kind and agreed to keep our luggage but we need to pay some charge. The room was ok except the toilet which were flooded all the time when we took a bath during our stay. We probably don't want to stay here again unless we have no choice.
The patient answers from the front desk staff make tourists relax! The nostalgic little elevator is very safe and can accommodate one or two people at a time! The room is warmly decorated and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep on! Breakfast is rich and fresh! Every day, several handsome waiters are busy working diligently, with slightly serious expressions, but very dedicated!
Helpful concierge! Shoutout to Sebastien, Ridha, another lady on concierge that kindly guide us the right way to head to French sector of Geneva airport. The hotel is cosy and convenient with the free shuttle from airport. We also squeeze in some time for their lovely hammam and sauna.
Excellent location for the Geneva stadium with a shopping mall next to the hotel with restaurants, supermarket and cinema/bowling alley. Great transport links to airport directly by bus within 35-40 min and into the centre.
Staff- friendly and efficient.
Toiletries provided but no lotion available.
Rooms clean and large enough.
Beds and pillows comfortable. Universal plug sockets and usb charging available in the room.
The room was very clean and quiet, there are plenty restaurants and convenient shops nearby and it is pretty close to the airport. Besides, it has sauna and gym for guest to use for free. Good stay experience in general!
Wow what an incredible hotel! We started off arriving super early to hotel even though check in was meant to be at 3. To our surprise the lovely hotel staff let us check in early and issued our free geneva travel pass and showed us to our rooms. Onto our room, it was very clean, so spacious with ample storage space and safe, TV and amazing views overlooking the alps. The walk in shower was the highlight and has been sorely missed since getting back home. The hotel has everything you need, restaurant bar, 24 hour reception service, small gym and added sauna which is all included free of charge. The location is very handy only being a 10 minute bus from the airport and tram outside the hotel that goes straight into geneva city centre. The staff were so helpful and welcoming and made our stay 10/10. Will definitely be back to this hotel again couldnt have had a better time.
The hotel is very conveniently located, with shopping malls, cafes, and pharmacies nearby... It is on the same line as the Four Seasons Hotel, and next to the lake, it is very pleasant to walk or run along the lakeside~ In short, the location is still very good~
The hotel room is a bit cramped, with a room of more than 30 square meters, and the bathroom space is OK. The room can only accommodate a bed and a sofa... The welcome fruit is very fresh~ Maybe I am used to large rooms, it looks a bit tight😓 But it may be considered good in Europe~
The best thing is the breakfast. The restaurant is on the street. In the morning, have a cup of coffee, eat something, look at the street view, and the birds fly around...
Refreshing, this is the leisurely European slow life🌞

EEdemonQWe had the balcony room but is only assesible via a spiral stair case... Very hard for lots of luggages, sound proofing is not good as well ammenities are goo as expected if apart hotel ( micro wave, fridge ,stove etc)
LLawrenzoClean, modern, comfortable. A little further away from town but there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel which makes it very convenient to go anywhere. Big supermarket next door which you can get to via the underground carpark so you don't need to get wet if it rains. Microwave, stove, kettle, capsule coffee machine (also free coffee and chocolate downstairs). Got everything you need. The only problem is the shower doesn't have a door or anything to keep the water from flying out all over the bathroom floor. A small problem considering everything else is excellent.
YyuzuchaThe entrance, the luggage storage room, and the guest room were all accessible with just a smartphone, making it very convenient. The guest rooms had a lot of playful features that made it very fun. There was also a kitchen, so I think it's recommended for long-term stays. Personally, I was very grateful that I could get to the center of town quickly and that there was a McDonald's nearby.
GGuest UserThe rooms in Europe are small, so I chose two apartment hotels. This time I brought my children with me. The rooms are bigger, more comfortable and more convenient. This hotel is very convenient to the Geneva train station, very close to the city center, and very quiet to sleep. There are service staff from 8 to 10 o'clock, and breakfast is delivered to the room. Overall, it is very good👍
