"Me and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me. The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well. Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊"

"The hotel is self-service check-in, there is no front desk, and you will be given the password after online check-in. The location is also OK, it is convenient to go anywhere, to be honest, the facilities are good, there are kitchen utensils, pots and pans are all, there is a washing machine dryer, and there are many TV programs. However, the room was not cleaned when I checked in, the bedding was not changed, the sheets and pillowcases were all folds and hair that had been slept, the garbage was not cleaned up, and the trash can was full. Immediately complain to Ctrip, Ctrip's customer service brother is very responsible to help me contact the hotel management staff, but the hotel's reply is too bad, really no way. Praise Ctrip's customer service, thank you! Hotel bad reviews, but Ctrip is absolutely praised."

"The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather."

"The good points of this hotel is, The apartment is fairly clean and spacious, the location is central to cafes and to the beautiful canal which takes you to Atwater markets in a 25 min walk. It’s also safe and new area. It’s also 1.5km from the central train station. It has a washer, dryer & full kitchen so good for families. Bad points is the apartment is quite noisy as it’s close to an intersection, there is one air conditioner in the living room, none in the bedrooms so bedrooms are quite warm & stuffy in Summer. It is marketed as a “hotel” however other than the reception it is actually the same as an Airbnb. I stayed for 3 nights but was told there won’t be cleaning done during my stay. They also do not replenish coffee & water. So if you’re looking for an Airbnb type accommodation this is good."

"The hotel looks like an old building refurbished and revitalized. It is in the center of the new city. The entrance faces the main road in the city. There are many restaurants to choose from on the opposite parallel street. It only takes about 20 minutes to walk to the old city. . The hotel has an inconspicuous door, which needs to be opened with a password. This semi-self-catering apartment hotel is equipped with all the basic necessities (except toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers) for a big life. The space can accommodate a family of four 👨👩👧👦. The living room and dining room are quite large. The interior design is simple and elegant, and the furniture selected is exquisite and tasteful. The floor is very high and has a sense of space. Washing machines and dryers are available, and even a laundry ball is placed in the washing machine for backup, and the kitchen utensils are also very rich and complete. The mattresses were very comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed every moment we got back to the hotel. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is coming to Quebec."

"The location is absolutely formidable! Opposite the Old Castle Hotel, the rooftop is a surprise, and the beautiful Dahewan has a panoramic view. but! ! ! It’s not easy to find it! On the side of Art Street, ha ha ha ha anyway. Google is not easy to use. I asked the tourist office to realize that it was on his side, haha"

"We stayed for two nights, and overall everything was good – clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location was convenient. The room didn’t have a full kitchen (only a microwave), but there is a shared kitchen for guests on the ground floor, which makes up for it. There was no sink for washing dishes in the room, only a dishwasher. This is fine overall, but running it for a single cup isn’t really an option, especially since there was only a minimal amount of dishware. The bathroom also lacked a toilet brush. One small detail: the blanket was arranged a bit unusually, like a “sandwich” with sheets around it instead of a proper duvet cover. These are minor points, but they could be improved for future guests."

This is a condo built from the old industrial buildings of Quebec City. The quality is very good. It was perfectly cleaned. There is no reception (the reception is in another building) which is a bit annoying on late arrivals (in that case, only one person works there, dealing with people, the phone etc.). In the building, you would meet from time to time the cleaning team, which is very nice and ready to help. This condo is properly equipped. There is nothing on the food side except salt and pepper so you have to go to the supermarkets nearby to get the basic items. The place is rather quiet. There are homeless around, that's true, but there are not aggressive at all. Many restaurants, bars, etc. are all around. The old city is not far, walking or using one of the many buses down the building. The view is nice. You can go up to the roof which has a few chairs and tables (really the minimum !) for a nice sunset. The bedroom could be too warm, as the a/c is in the living room, and it pulses the air through a tube in the bedroom (the curtains are black, so this doesn't help). The price per night may be high, ever higher than in some nice hotels (200 to 300 CAD + tax and more per night), but the condo gives space and you can cook. The laundry is at the 2nd floor (2.50CAD for washing, the same for drying). You have to find your products. So this is a good and nice place, maybe a bit expensive according to the season, the day. As this is a condo, there is no basics (e.g. spices, oil, a few tabs if you want to do your laundry etc.). You can ask for more towels if needed as there is no everyday cleaning: this is not a hotel. I was very satisfied of this condo, the team is nice, I had no problems during the 6 nights I stayed there. I think we could have a few more services for the price (compared to other branches using the same concept for instance).

Had quite a hard time with this booking. 1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time. 2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients. 3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available” 4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!

The room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.

Loved my stay at Terminus Hôtel! The King Business Suite was clean, classy, and super comfortable. The whole place has a fresh, modern vibe—definitely a new style of hotel. Wishing them all the best in their journey! They've clearly worked hard to make this place special. I'll recommend it to friends and definitely stay there again! – Mohammed
