A very standard foreigner resort hotel, with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen for cooking and basic kitchen utensils. You can buy a steak from the supermarket and you can come back for frying. After all, it is a small rural city, and parking is very convenient. No additional parking fees are required.

The room was really bad, the sound insulation was a mess, the only advantage was that the old lady at the front desk was very professional. Be cautious before booking, the room is not as clean and tidy as described.

We don't know a better place to spend time in Sydney. Kula Parramatta is a full-fledged modern comfortable spacious apartments in a low-rise complex, located in a quiet and peaceful place. 👌The bedrooms have comfortable and high-quality beds with high-quality bed linen. WiFi is reliable and fast. And in general, the apartments have everything you need even for a long stay. The apartments are very clean, there are beautiful bathrooms. And what is very important, the house has a secure car park in the basement. The check in and check out procedure is very simple and contactless. We stayed at Kula Parramatta for the fourth time and will definitely do so in the future. 👍 Thanks to the owners for the excellent work! 🤝

We had a wonderful stay at this family unit in the lodge. The place was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well-kept, which made it feel welcoming from the moment we walked in. The layout was very practical and comfortable for a family, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The attention to detail really stood out from the fresh linens to the thoughtfully arranged amenities, it was clear that care had been taken to maintain the unit to a high standard. The environment was quiet and peaceful, perfect for both rest and family time. Overall, this unit made our trip so much more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained place to stay.

雯雯CarmenI had the pleasure of staying and I can't say enough about how incredible the experience was! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warm smiles and an efficiency that made checking in seamless. The lobby was luxurious, with elegant décor and a relaxing atmosphere that set the tone for the entire stay.

JJasTalbHayI stayed at Meriton for 9 nights with my son in Oct 2022. The location is excellent, with the Townhall train station & light rail located within 2mins walk from the building. There is also a Woolworths next block. The major shopping district is within less than a minute walk / located at the next light rail station, QVB station. One of my biggest pet peeve, are the lifts, there are 3 of them and they run from carpark levels all the way till the top floor which is probably in the 50s, we had to wait really long to take the lifts. Meriton apparently leases out their carpark lots too, hence the wait for the lifts is even longer during weekends when there’s a mix of the existing room guests, new guests checking in with their luggages as well as the people picking up their cars from the carpark. It’s just a hot mess. Meriton should really consider segregating the lifts to serve different floors. And have the people who are picking up their cars, to use other lifts instead of main lobby lifts. I like how the room is equipped with a Washer & dryer, was able to have clean set of clothings everyday. I couldn’t start the dryer, called for help and had to wait more than 30mins, the handyman only came after my second call. Although I stayed at the property for 9 nights, the room-keeping was very basic , just a change of new set of towels, bed was made, disposal of rubbish and replenishment of condiments (like coffee, creamery and sugar) and bathing supplies. No vacuuming of floor or washing of the bathroom, hence the room is dusty and the bathroom especially the rubber tubings surrounding the glass door has mould too. Also, the frequency of house-keeping was inconsistent, initially was once every 3 days for first 6 days and then it became everyday. In conclusion, it’s still an excellent place to stay because of strategic location but do manage your expectations when it’s comes to the upkeep of the rooms, the hotel lifts and level of services. By the way, when I was there, the hotel lobby was undergoing renovation, so hopefully the lift situations improve.

CChriswenThe hotel's location is a bit of a mixed bag. While it's relatively close to Darling Harbour, public transport connections nearby are quite inconvenient. You'll need to walk about 17 minutes to reach a train or subway station. The room itself was quite clean, but it felt more like a serviced apartment. The doors to the adjacent rooms are very close, which meant that guests returning late at night or leaving early in the morning could easily be disturbed by noise.

AAnonymous UserThis unit is over-priced. We stayed in a double unit, the two of us, which is better suited to either 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 kids which would justify the price. Upstairs is almost a carbon copy of downstairs in that both have almost full kitchens (no ovens), excellent reverse cycle air conditioning, TV's etc. Other than a very old, very off carton of milk left in the fridge the unit was exceptionally clean. Upon arriving, we were asked to pay which we had already done when booking. Beware no refunds once booked although this didn't apply in our case. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful. Had to ask for toilet paper and purchase milk as only two small milk thimbles in fridge. Expected to wash up, dry and put away dishes and utensils before leaving and remove all garbage. We usually do this anyway but I thought it was quite an ask to be expected at those prices. It's post-Covid so I am wondering if lack of staff is the reason for this and perhaps this may change in the future. No buffet or restaurant on site. No room service. Don't expect any meals. No foxtel as advertised. At least we couldn't get it but they did have Netflix provided. We took our chromecast with us, thank goodness! The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Maybe 25 metres? Also, in the afternoon a lot of it is shaded. It's not heated so it's pretty chilly even in late November. The beach is gorgeous but the room we had didn't have views and the units are in the street behind the main shops so whilst very close to the beach (a mere two minutes) it isn't overlooking the beach. Also, very tight carpark if you have a larger car. I would recommend the family unit or double unit for 3 to 4 people. Otherwise stick to a single unit. I probably would not return unless with another couple because there are nicer places with more amenities that don't expect you to do the housework at the same or even better prices.

GGuest UserWe stayed there a total of 3 nights and we had to move rooms 3 times from level 11 to level 4 then back up to level 9 the first 2 rooms overnight flooded because it was raining heavy at times but mostly just showers but the carpet was soaked throughout both rooms, When I told reception they sent me to the room with towels to soak it up and assumed it would be ok I guess, But then the hotel manager knocked on our door asked to look at the water damage I didn't know why at that time but he had made the same discovery In a number of rooms in the hotel. So he organised to have his maintinence man come and suck the water out with a wet vacuum we went out so they could do that we were gone for a couple hours and when we got back they had just finished and had industrial blowers drying it out more.I wasn't going to stay in that room and asked the manager to move us but he was reluctant but he did.No offer to help us move our stuff for the inconvenience but history repeated itself in the next room. So the final night we were downgraded alot the room was half the size of the one we originally booked the condition of the room was like it was quickly cleaned and made available for us in the last hour it was disgusting and very poor effort from the Manager and the staff. The TVs in 2 of the 3 rooms wouldn't connect to the hotels promised super speed wifi on the website which wasn't very fast at all. The phones fitted in the rooms don't work they're not even connected. The safes in the rooms! one I had to put 6 X AA batteries in for it to turn on! only to say error over and over again and the other 2 don't work. The Photos below are the standard of cleaning in this hotel and unfinished workmanship. Very Dissatisfied Hotel Stay.

JJD75Excellent place to stay in Sydney, a great alternative to a city hotel if you require multiple bedrooms or a kitchen. Clean serviced apartments with comfortable beds and full kitchen amenities. Our 2 bedroom had a balcony. The area “Green Square” is a tad uniform in design, prone to strong winds and a little dreary. That said, it’s very conveniently located above Green Square station which is one stop from Central and two stops from the airport so accessing all of Sydney’s major landmarks is no problems at all from this place. It has fairly decent cafes around it, lots of fast food outlets and a supermarket all within a stone’s throw. Heated pool and gym both decent. The only gripe and warning I have, especially for international tourists, is their $3 card surcharge. In this “cashless” hotel that is illegal behaviour and not permitted under Australian law. When challenged it was not applied to me as I stated I was more than happy to pay the security bond with cash. All businesses must afford you a way to pay that does not attract a fee in this country. If the owners want an extra $3 I suggest they apply it to the room rate to avoid these kinds of displeasures. Fortunately the service at reception is fine, so I did not reduce my ratings based on this unnecessarily upsetting and stupid policy the hotel has. I do hope it is scrapped as it is tacky and unnecessary charges like these detract from the service standard achieved by the competent staff employed at the hotel.

LLunThe hotel is quite old and run down. It can in no way be classified as a 5 star. It feels more like an old Residence Inn. The view on the balcony is quite nice but the elevator can take a long time also - so be prepared. Also check out is 10 am and they will call and kick you out after 10 min. If it was half the price I would recommend this hotel otherwise there are better choices around.

WWenn SinGreat location and overall an amazing stay, but soundproofing could be much better. Take note that there are rooms without the balcony , which I should have asked prior checking in. The hotel is in a fantastic location — very convenient and accessible, which made exploring the area super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However the housekeeping service, the blanket’s sheets were removed by us but she just left on the floor instead of cleaning it up and the vanity kit was not restored. (I’m not entirely sure how is housekeeping like in AUS, but it’s not the best) That said, the walls are extremely thin, and noise was a consistent issue throughout. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway, the housekeeping trolley rolling by, and even the closing of nearby doors, which is surprisingly loud and jarring. The other rooms are very close to each other, so you can even hear the other rooms alarm(which kept snoozing 3 times from 7am) the doors do not have a soft close to when it closes it keeps banging— it gets disruptive. If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be something to keep in mind. But if you’re okay with a bit of background noise, the hotel still offers great value in a prime location. REMEMBER to ask if there’s any renovation works happening prior to booking (we had ours on the last day and the drilling was so loud)
