We were pleasantly surprised by the apartment we stayed in. We chose this apartment because it was pet friendly and for the location. The apartment was much larger than we expected, the kitchen had everything you'd need for longer stays, there was a beautifully maintained fully enclosed communal bbq/garden area and the rooms/bathrooms were very clean and tidy. It was easy to park and the building was quiet when we stayed there. Little bit of road noise comes through but it was blocked out with ear plugs and a bit of white noise from the fan supplied. :)

Apartment was spacious, clean, well-appointed and comfortable. Nice views. Easy access for parking. Was very windy and wind noise was sleep disturbing with whistling under the front door. Also, could not complete the pre-registration process on my mobile despite multiple attempts but was looked after very well over the phone

A very standard foreigner resort hotel, with a living room and a bedroom, as well as a kitchen for cooking and basic kitchen utensils. You can buy a steak from the supermarket and you can come back for frying. After all, it is a small rural city, and parking is very convenient. No additional parking fees are required.
This was a great property which I believe is fairly new. Very large room, with kitchenette and great bathroom. Toiletries supplied were first class. Very contemporary in the design and layout and reception staff were most helpful on arrival and took us up to our room. The king size bed was luxurious, comfortable as were the pillows. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
Pros: The staff were very friendly and approachable. The location was good for anyone exploring the surrounding walks and for a morning or afternoon out hiking, with eateries and grocery shop nearby for feeding the family afterwards. Good option of staying in Jindabyne is important.
Improvement Suggestions: The kitchen had food stuck to the cutlery and sticky stains outside and inside the fridge which we had to try to clean before using it for our own supplies. The rubbish was not taken out daily as stated on the sign. There was very little soap, shampoo and conditioner provided for the number of guests - we didn’t mind buying some at the supermarket but it would have been nice to be told of this in advance.
No air conditioning in summer and fans provided were not very powerful.
Good location and pretty tidy apartment. Internet service is fast and the apartment is equipped with smart tv. However the kitchen lacked cutlery. Funny enough they only provide one glass of coffee mug!

YYiruThe room is very spacious and the kitchen accessories are complete. Although it is cleaned every three days, you can still ask for anything you need from the front desk. It is very suitable for family living.
GGuest UserThere are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a bathroom. The other bathroom is in the public area. I've been staying at this hotel for a long time and I'm worried that the room facilities are old. But it's actually quite good. The room facilities are comfortable. The balcony is my favorite. Sitting on the balcony, you can see the Victoria Building and the town hall. It's OK to walk to attractions and shopping. The only drawback is that the hotel's wireless network speed is slow. The Android system will not automatically jump to the login page and cannot use the network

MMeyberWe had nice days at the hotel, the staff was great and helpful! Specially if you are staying more days the facilities are perfect (kitchen with dishwasher, laundry machine and all you need specially if you have small kids). Our room was very spacious with separate bedroom, living room and restroom. The swimming pool opens until late so is very nice to relax after a long tourism day.
AAnonymous UserThis unit is over-priced. We stayed in a double unit, the two of us, which is better suited to either 2 couples or 2 adults and 2 kids which would justify the price. Upstairs is almost a carbon copy of downstairs in that both have almost full kitchens (no ovens), excellent reverse cycle air conditioning, TV's etc. Other than a very old, very off carton of milk left in the fridge the unit was exceptionally clean.
Upon arriving, we were asked to pay which we had already done when booking. Beware no refunds once booked although this didn't apply in our case. Otherwise, the staff were friendly and helpful.
Had to ask for toilet paper and purchase milk as only two small milk thimbles in fridge. Expected to wash up, dry and put away dishes and utensils before leaving and remove all garbage. We usually do this anyway but I thought it was quite an ask to be expected at those prices. It's post-Covid so I am wondering if lack of staff is the reason for this and perhaps this may change in the future.
No buffet or restaurant on site. No room service. Don't expect any meals. No foxtel as advertised. At least we couldn't get it but they did have Netflix provided. We took our chromecast with us, thank goodness!
The pool is much smaller than it looks in the pictures. Maybe 25 metres? Also, in the afternoon a lot of it is shaded. It's not heated so it's pretty chilly even in late November.
The beach is gorgeous but the room we had didn't have views and the units are in the street behind the main shops so whilst very close to the beach (a mere two minutes) it isn't overlooking the beach. Also, very tight carpark if you have a larger car.
I would recommend the family unit or double unit for 3 to 4 people. Otherwise stick to a single unit. I probably would not return unless with another couple because there are nicer places with more amenities that don't expect you to do the housework at the same or even better prices.
GGuest UserOur stay at Guest Hotel in Mascot was pleasant and comfortable. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the airport and Mascot train station. The room was clean, cozy, and equipped with all the basics needed for a short stay.
GGuest UserThis was a little staycation for us - the location was fantastic for us as we were seeing shows at ICC and Lyric theatre both walkable.
The accommodation was clean, kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Basic studio room but comfortable. We didn’t have much to do with staff apart from original check-in which was quick and uncomplicated except we did extend our stay but had to check-in twice 🤷♀️
We will stay here again as it was so convenient to everything.

JJD75Excellent place to stay in Sydney, a great alternative to a city hotel if you require multiple bedrooms or a kitchen. Clean serviced apartments with comfortable beds and full kitchen amenities. Our 2 bedroom had a balcony. The area “Green Square” is a tad uniform in design, prone to strong winds and a little dreary. That said, it’s very conveniently located above Green Square station which is one stop from Central and two stops from the airport so accessing all of Sydney’s major landmarks is no problems at all from this place. It has fairly decent cafes around it, lots of fast food outlets and a supermarket all within a stone’s throw.
Heated pool and gym both decent.
The only gripe and warning I have, especially for international tourists, is their $3 card surcharge. In this “cashless” hotel that is illegal behaviour and not permitted under Australian law. When challenged it was not applied to me as I stated I was more than happy to pay the security bond with cash. All businesses must afford you a way to pay that does not attract a fee in this country. If the owners want an extra $3 I suggest they apply it to the room rate to avoid these kinds of displeasures.
Fortunately the service at reception is fine, so I did not reduce my ratings based on this unnecessarily upsetting and stupid policy the hotel has. I do hope it is scrapped as it is tacky and unnecessary charges like these detract from the service standard achieved by the competent staff employed at the hotel.
SSAM局1. The hotel is in a very good location, convenient for taking the subway, shopping or eating.
2. The room is clean and comfortable, with a complete gym and swimming pool sauna.
3. The receptionist is very professional and friendly. I particularly like the Korean receptionist (Jooeun). She is cute! I wish I could be friends with her, and I regret not asking to take a photo with her.
WWenn SinGreat location and overall an amazing stay, but soundproofing could be much better. Take note that there are rooms without the balcony , which I should have asked prior checking in.
The hotel is in a fantastic location — very convenient and accessible, which made exploring the area super easy. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However the housekeeping service, the blanket’s sheets were removed by us but she just left on the floor instead of cleaning it up and the vanity kit was not restored. (I’m not entirely sure how is housekeeping like in AUS, but it’s not the best)
That said, the walls are extremely thin, and noise was a consistent issue throughout. You can hear people talking and walking in the hallway, the housekeeping trolley rolling by, and even the closing of nearby doors, which is surprisingly loud and jarring. The other rooms are very close to each other, so you can even hear the other rooms alarm(which kept snoozing 3 times from 7am) the doors do not have a soft close to when it closes it keeps banging— it gets disruptive.
If you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to noise, this might be something to keep in mind. But if you’re okay with a bit of background noise, the hotel still offers great value in a prime location. REMEMBER to ask if there’s any renovation works happening prior to booking (we had ours on the last day and the drilling was so loud)

MMini01I booked the room with a bath tab however there wasn't. I spoke with the reception and I was told that it was a mistake on the trp.com side because this room has no bath tub. However they generously changed the better room with a bath tub. Very appreciated.
I was disappointed about the sauna, it was out of order.
The service wasn't great for breakfast at the restaurant. One waiting staff wasn't friendly, no greeting and no smile.
Overall I and kids enjoyed staying there.
