Kowloon Bay is indeed a magical place, a place that cannot be visited in a lifetime. Say the service is really superb! The boat is medium-sized and very suitable for such a tour. To book a balcony, there are two. Unfortunately, there is not much time to see the scenery. The boat was too hot. There was too much garbage floating at sea and it was disgusting to watch when rowing. UNESCO should have helped clean up.

The experience on the Erina Cruise was perfect. The boat is very comfortable and beautiful. The room is spacious and luxurious. The bed was perfect, it's a shame I didn't have more time to lie down. The boat provides numerous activities for travelers: fishing, cycling, diving, beaches, live performances, kayaking, heated pool, cable TV, etc. The included meals are very tasty and the service in the restaurant is remarkable. The cleaning of the room was excellent. My special thanks to the employee Lee who was kind and even learned a few words in my language to communicate with me. The music on the boat was very pleasant too. To help other travelers, I leave two tips: 1 - stay for at least 2 nights to make the most of the experience. Ha Long Bay deserves all the attention given. 2 - The internet is quite unstable. If you need to work, consider an alternative to what is offered on board.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every aspect, making it the perfect family-friendly retreat. From the moment we arrived, the Owner at Minh Duc Hotel made us feel incredibly welcome. They greeted us with warm smiles and went above and beyond to ensure our entire family was comfortable throughout our stay. The attentive and friendly service they provided truly made us feel like valued guests. Truly thanks to hotel's owner and his wife to make our family trip memorable. When we arrived the check in process was easy and the staff were really helpful and nice. We got into the room and were immediately greeted by a putrid smell of sewage or fish. We had just got in from a 9hr long bus journey so really wanted a shower however, the towels were dirty. The door would not lock and we had no hand soap either. We went down to reception to ask for a new room, which we were given straight away. The new room was much better although still no hand soap and the door did not lock. Food wise, the hotel only serves breakfast and lunch, which is very limited. Apart from this there is one hotpot place on the corner by the hotel but no other food places around for a good 30 minutes walk. We went on a day trip to Bai Chay beach which was around a 15 minute drive away, and it was completely empty- not another soul in sight for the whole 5 hours we were there and again with no food around. If staying in Halong I recommend staying on the Bai Chay side of the bridge instead of Hong Gai as it is very out the way of most things. The area is lovely and very well built, just the lack of places to eat made it difficult. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful.
