Our room was very clean and spacious. The ****** was terrific and we had a lot of fun. We ate at the Riverview and also at the snack bar, both had delicious food! I will definitely be recommending these accommodations to friends and family!

The whole experience was great. I received a text from someone saying if there was any thing I need let them know and sure enough I forgot my razor. I text the number and someone showed with a razor within 5 minutes.

It was a good hotel to stay for a night while I was in town. I was able to check in early, which was super awesome and the hotel staff who checked me in was very friendly. My room seems a little outdated but there was nothing wrong with it and it was clean. The only thing I did not like was the lighting in the bathroom as it was a very yellow light. The location was pretty good too as I was able to walk to the restaurants on the Boardwalk.

Great room but it was overbooked. So they canceled our reservation and we ended up paying a higher rate. I would give the hotel a five out of four I will give your service a one out of five. Your rates very deceptive because the hotel was overbooked by your company so hotel cancelled your reservation and we got charged a much higher rate. The only room available was not appropriate for our party. It was embarrassing! I would hope that Trip.Com would make it right with this customer.

Let me begin by saying we’re “Diamond” with Hilton. (Not bragging, just setting up my review.) At check in, we ask where the elevators are, and proceed to, what we thought, was our room. After repeatedly trying our key, we heard a voice say, “who is this?!” Turns out, they share the building with another Hilton property. Seems like the staff could’ve prevented this embarrassing incident. Secondly, we brought dinner to our room. Because we’re quite familiar with this hotel brand, we knew we’d have plates & silverware. Nope. Every, single piece was dirty in the dishwasher that nobody had run. Third, we thought we’d enjoy some pool & hot tub time. Well, the jacuzzi was out of order and, despite it being July in Louisiana, the pool was ice cold. Lastly, we bought a few things at the grocery store for the fridge. Every time we thought we’d closed said refrigerator, I’d walk by and it was ajar. Folks, these may not seem like much to y’all but, when you add it all up, it’s very disappointing. Hilton, you can do better than this.

We arrived and the room below us had cops looking around it, our room was as cleaned as it could be.. but lots stains on blankets and mattress, toilet has a melted spot on the seat, bathtub was worn out bad, only 1 out of 4 lamps worked. It was extremely hot in the room .. took awhile for the AC to cool off. Staff was friendly, we didn’t stay for breakfast because it started at 7am not 6am on weekend but that’s okay, my kids just needed to eat Asap so we checked out and left. They are remodeling and only had old rooms left, more than half were already remodeled. So I was staying in the next month or so I’d say my experience would have been different.

Upon arrival when we went to room. Toilet was not clean. We did complain the next day and it was taken care of. Also daily cleaning as well as towels were not done. I was advised that we needed to notify them and I feel like for over 200.00 a night this should be a given Even though we did notify them the next day it was also not done. Stains on chairs and doesn't look like it is maintained. Bathrooms should have bars to hold onto while showering and shower surface did not have antifall on the bottom. Very dangerous for seniors. Power went out on our last night due to storms. No generators !! I understand that losing power is not their fault but I cant understand why they don't have generators. This is not what I expected from a Hilton !

The King Bed Was comfortable - room clean -air conditioner was Great - real cold air - just the way I like it — attendants - from front desk to floor staff… was courteous - helpful..Hot breakfast …YUM YUM I was there for Blues Festival- I will return for another trip soon - I will be booking to stay at this location.. Close to ****** and downtown Boardwalk - We went shopping - and Outback Steakhouse was across the parking lot — made it easy for when we arrived, checked in and walked across to eat dinner ️— All around it the best - for My needs during this family trip.. Stayed here for four nights over Labor Day Weekend while visiting family. Large king suite with walk in shower - that's a plus. Very quiet room. Friendly staff. Breakfast was ok but they have off brand cereals. They could spend a little extra and get Kellogg's. Located next to Louisiana Downs. There is a large semi parking lot just south of the hotel. I was concerned that we would have truck noise all night - not so - very quiet. Will stay here again.

Everyone from the front desk to the worker that took care of breakfast area was super friendly. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The gym was clean and had good machines. Our room faced the track and we could see the horses practice.
