Me and my family went to hang out on the beach and 2 young gentlemen named jacob and santi greeted us in super friendly way, gave toys for my children and took good care of us while we where there, I really enjoyed the service and food it was really good I couldn’t leave a place happier than how I left from there. definitely recommending St Regis to family and friends

I went to the beach today, and the gentleman that helped me out were absolutely incredible. Lazaro was an absolute gem he was extremely professional and very helpful, every-time I needed something it took him no more than 2 minutes to accommodate. They had my bed ready within maybe 5 minutes of me arriving. My server Rodolfo was a sweet heart. Really awesome customer service he recommended me the ceviche as something refreshing with some pina coladas I couldn’t resist. Food and drinks were here so fast!! The employees are definitely living up to the name of the reputation of the Ritz. Great staff
