Önceki kötü yorumlara aldanmadık. Otel el değiştirmiş. ***et merkezi bir konumda ve ulaşım konusunda sıkıntı çekilmeyecek bir yerde. Her şeyden son derece memnun kaldım. Temizlikten düzenine, kahvaltıdaki çeşitliliğe kadar her şey mükemmeldi. Oda her zaman tertemizdi ve düzenli bir şekilde hazırlandı. Kahvaltı seçenekleri gerçekten etkileyiciydi; sıcak ürün servisinin daimiliği çok özeldi. Ayrıca, personelin ilgisi ve misafirperverliği bu deneyimi daha da özel kıldı. Otelde her türlü sorunumuza çözüm odaklı yaklaştılar. Herkes son derece yardımseverdi ve ihtiyaçlarımıza anında yanıt verdiler. Taha Bey’e özel ilgilerinden dolayı teşekkür ederiz. Bir daha adanaya gelsek tercihimiz kesinlikle yine Altın Koza Hotel olur.

Not far from the airport, there is a taxi around 15 lira, there is a big mosque next to it, there are many places to eat around, there are some small supermarkets, but there is no selling fruit, the room is very classically decorated, suitable for couples to live.

The hotel's location is only in a very noisy place. When I first entered the room, there was a very heavy cigarette smell that was cracked into the whole room. I managed with a night lamp. I didn't cool the refrigerator. The hair dryer was bad and was almost old. There was no sound in the rooms, the phone was on the side of the room, I informed the officer about what was talking, I warned the staff in the room, but they continued to make noise. The staff approach was generally good, except for these. I was very happy. I was generally unhappy, will I never stay again, an hotel that doesn't deserve his money, don't be cheated with the view, etc.

Adana’nın eski otellerinden birisi olarak, mobilya ve mefruşatın eski,kahvaltı çeşitliliğinin yetersiz olması kabul edilebilir.Otel oldukça temiz ve en önemlisi çalışanların işlerine adanmışlığı dikkat çekici.Resepsiyondaki Gül Hanım ve Gizem Hanım, farklı vardiyalarda çalışmakta olup, her ikisi de, sıcak ilgileri, güleryüzleri , işlem çabukluğu ve çözüm odaklılıkları ile hizmet çıtasını çok üst bir seviyeye taşımışlardır.Çok teşekkür ederim.
