The entrance and excellent room, I was 2 nights with you from 16 to 18 March HI-23759465 (Holiday Inn) However, on Thursday 17 March at 9:00 am , ask for support to use your computer, which was being used (maybe by a NO guest because there was a handbag and performed a task) and they told me that I could use an APPLE brand PC, there is a third desk from which your collaborator never lifts up to support me, Since I had to ask for the keyboard at reception, in front of the, though I am not right with the brand and the keyboard did not know to take it, I again asked for support to this collaborator, it was only to turn on the keyboard. I had to use my hard drive, but the environment is different in the APPLE so much that when I entered my external memory I didn't view me and asked me to format my drive, so I suspended and returned the keyboard. Request: Your collaborators should be more empathical to request a more accessory when changing environment, and I would not highlight the fact that there was a person who was not host using the normal PC if it had not been at a click to format my hard disk The hotel is a very good location for the hotel and the hotel is a good location for the hotel. I just ask you to have empathy with the guests and ask that it is so urgent to use, 5min or less enough to be able to ask the No Host or from the PC of the collaborator on the 3rd desktop to give support.
