This hotel has one of the best beaches in Cancun. The water was so clear and clean. You can snorkel and see some beautiful fish. There was plenty of beach chairs without having to reserve ahead of time. The property for the most part was very clean. It is an older property and the employees work very hard keeping it clean. It is an all inclusive for food and drinks. No complaints there , everything was pretty tasty and fresh. The hotel is centrally located and near shops. The view from our room was absolutely breath taking. The rooms are very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The only negative for us was the smoking. It is a smokers paradise and it’s hard to find a place to relax without encountering the smoke. The hotel has good entertainment every night and very talented people. We would consider staying again at this property and would recommend.

Three friends and I spent five glorious days at this little gem of a resort. It is a perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing vacation! There is no ‘party vibe’ here...and I hope there never will be! It is peaceful...a perfect place to just chill! The owners and staff are absolutely wonderful! The location is perfect...just across the street from a beach which is mainly full of local families who are warm and welcoming. It is about a 20-30 min walk to the busy hotel zone. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfy! The 24/7 coffee is much appreciated! The pool is refreshing and the view with the infinity pool is stunning. I can’t rave about this place enough! We arrived home just before ‘the world shut down’ due to Covid-19 and it is my sincere hope that this resort can survive this global crisis we now face. We hope to be able to return year after year! ❤️

I personally like the overall environment and decoration style, and the interior decoration is also very impactful. You can see the outside garden directly from the room, which is very beautiful. In the morning, I can watch the sky slowly light up. Towels, soap and shampoo are provided on the daily necessities, but not others. Door-to-door service for in-room dining, good value for money. It's just that the shower head is a bit broken, and there is no hot water by the way, but I didn't contact the front desk either. I don't know if it is broken or does not provide hot water.

The hardware is good, but the service feels a bit cold and greasy (yes, these two feelings can be combined, the opposite of it is kind and natural), so the stay is not very comfortable. It is not very convenient to take a golf cart when going out for activities inside the hotel. For vacations, you have all the hardware you want, but the only thing missing is a relaxed and relaxing atmosphere, which is often the most needed for vacations. If you want to go out, you can only ask the front desk to help you take a taxi. All the people who come here are huge SUVs. They start at 20 to 30 dollars in a few minutes. The fare for a meal is more expensive than the meal.
