Extraordinary experience we stayed for 2 days . All staff members especially Mr Vivek n Mr Pawan were so hospitable they make our stay so comfortable.. clean n spacious room..food was also delectable everything we ordered was mouth watering. Whenever we will come to Katra , definitely will staying here. Kudos to them.

One of the worst hotel possibly one can stay for the following reasons : 1. We were travelling with infants and kids and made sure before booking that food will available as and when required since small kids are there . We were assured of the same . To our horror, the kitchen is outsourced . YES , it’s outsourced and it closes at 10:30 in the night and you can’t even get a cup of tea before 8:00 in the morning . 2. Food quality was pathetic . Upma, poha all seemed rotten and tasted sour . Everything else very very oily . The buffet was limited to only to maximum 3 things 3. The staff is exceptionally rude and ill mannered . Each and every staff was hardly bothered about guests need 4. There are termites in the room of one of my friends and had to change in the night . 5. Some guests even complained that at 2AM in the morning staff used MASTER Key and opened the room and very rudely informed that by mistake the room was wrongly alloyed to them and they are suppose to be shifted to another room . HORRIFIC Guys save you precious time, money and patience and AVOID staying in this hotel/piece of crap .

Very good hotel, close to railway station. Took royal triple room, spacious for family of 3 adults & 1 child. Provided drop to helipad , railway station , Baan Ganga. Neat, clean, good food , overall very pleasant stay. Special mention of Jyoti & Rahul at the reception for their help, guidance and ever smile. Highly recommended.

The hotel is well located in the heart of katra and within walking distance to main market of katra and railway station (1. 3km. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. Bathroom is clean and has all amenities that a 5 star provides. The staff is very helpful and ever smiling, especially the restaurant staff provided wonderful service. The reception staff was also very co operative and helped with early check in. The food at the buffet breakfast and dinner was of top quality and all dishes were tasty and well prepared. A good experience that will definitely motivate us to visit again
