The hotel is in an excellent location to explore Iraklion. There is a good restaurant, called Xayiati, directly opposite serving delicious Greek food and there is a wide choice of restaurants in the city centre a short walk away. The rooms were modern, spacious and comfortable with plenty of electric sockets and a kettle to make hot drinks. The breakfast was very good. There was lots of choice. The food was set out to allow social distancing and gloves and hand sanitiser were provided. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. There was a car park a few metres away which the hotel has a special arrangement with so that guests pay a discounted rate.

I have read incredible reviews (like ”no bidet”: boys, stay in Italy!) and unfounded. Not sure why this hotel is only 3 star would give it 4. Rooms are nice -clean and modern with nice balcony. Shower had amazing power. Location is perfect for city break...only 3-5 minute walk from centre and same to fortress on harbour front. Reception staff super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but could be hotter...was always just lukewarm. No proper parking at hotel but place called porto parking 1 minute from hotel was awesome...cost us only €20 for 5 days. Highly recommend! We would def stay here again at time of year when you don't need a pool.

Just a wonderful experience. The staff try so hard to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are comfortable and the bed was better than I expected in an older hotel. This place is right in the heart of everything. You can walk your bags to the ferry in 18 minutes. You are right near the the best shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Also worth mentioning is a very hearty breakfast.

Very good location, close to the port, long distance and short-distance bus station. Walk for a few minutes. It is also close to the busiest square, full of restaurants and cafes. No need to choose a sea view room, the window is small, a little sea view. The front desk service is very good, the commercial atmosphere of Crete is not strong, people are very friendly!

Fabulous hotel, everything you need for a stay is in the room. Very clean, it’s a very modern hotel super smart. It was also very easy to reach from the main highway . There is street parking…area felt very safe…but also a 3 minute walk there is parking..multi story …8 euros per 24 hours Katerina who runs the suites was very professional and very lovely. 10 min walk to the high street, 5 mins from restaurants and coffee shops. Close to the museum.
