The hotel is a very comfortable place at 1 km, 15 minutes walk from the airport, very clean. All right? No! ON THE RECEPTION They made me (RE)PAGING THE IMPORT OF THE NAT, ONLY RESERVED ON THE PLACING ON TRIP.COM IS ONLY A RESERV AND IS NOT GOOD. After paying, when I showed that the payment with TRIP.COM was made, they told me that they did not I have paid twice at the moment and I am waiting for resolution next week. All this night. Let me talk about the good place first: the carpet is very comfortable and the color is very beautiful. With a bottle of mineral water, it is still basic humanity. The young lady who checked in gave us a very detailed introduction, and even considered the details of how we were going out to play and take the car. Poor place: the room is small, the restaurant and bar downstairs are also very small. Eating is not very convenient. We ordered takeaway. Breakfast options are very small

Everything, the room, bed, bathroom. Situation was just off the main route, felt secure with passcode gates. Welcome was good and share of info was good. The garden was lovely, very spacious, with two gite units at the bottom. Breakfast was tasty, served in a glass conservatory. Back on the road at 8:30 after breakfast.

After Ctrip paid the payment to the store, the unknown reason was cancelled. It may be that the agent did not communicate well. Fortunately, there was room at the time. Ctrip customer service contacted the result and paid for the payment. The episode was over. Breakfast is delicious and parking is free. The minibar is free. The room is big, just the room, the stairs.

The Campanile was perfectly adequate for a one-night stay before flying out the next morning. The room was clean (except for some spots on the carpet) and bed was pretty comfortable. The front desk staff seemed to speak multiple languages. The buffet breakfast was really good and well worth the money. My only complaint would be the room temperature setting. The thermostat in my room was set to 15°C. After a lot of fiddling around I found that I could override it with the temperature of my choice for up to two hours at a time. That's not really helpful for over night. Having said that, I didn't ask the front desk for thermostat instructions so maybe there is some other way. The hotel is very convenient to the airport; it was a couple of bus stops when I stayed but I think the Tram A extension is now open so it would be a couple of tram stops. The stop is maybe 100 m from the hotel.

Booked this hotel because of its proximity to Bordeaux airport and a reasonable long term parking deal, given that our absence would span almost 8 weeks. The room was compact, not much storage space for 4 suitcases and 2 cabin bags, plus very narrow bedroom door made getting the bags in and out a bit of a hassle. Overall would say it did the job without being outstanding, hence the 3 star review.
