The apartments are nicely presented lovely large terrace ours level 2 only had 2chairs no dining table. Inside quite spacious 2 comfortable chairs Large bathroom with his and her sinks large walk in shower. Safety deposit box (no charge) small fridge and cleaned daily. Large tv. With Netflix and u tube no extra charge for these channels.Small reception area small bar which serves snacks. One downfall bar closes 9pm and dining room B&B only. This hotel is right on the edge of the national park The Dunes and right on the water front. For people who are fit about a forty minute walk into Corralejo town centre for the less mobile a taxi is recommended average cost 6/7 euros each way. Taxi can be called by reception and arrives within minutes. 2 pools plenty of sun beds but in March when we were there no takers weather cold. Dining room bright lovely views buffet style but food same every day fresh squeezed orange every day and bubbly. Most of the staff were friendly reception staff very friendly. If you want a quiet holiday and fit for a walk into town this could be for you bear in mind there is no entertainment at this hotel. HEADS UP Lots of bars and eateries in town BUT VEGANS AND VEGETARIANS VERY LITTLE CHOICE. Unless you want salads and pasta you’ll struggle my family did.

Amazing hotel and staff, nothing was ever a problem and if there is something you're not happy about they will fix it promptly. The hotel is kept pristine with staff constantly busy making sure you have a wonderful stay. Always plenty of sunbeds around both pools and nice and quite. Food was good and always found something we liked. We will definitely be back!

Great apartments, spacious, clean, comfy bed. We had ground floor 1 bed with pool view. Lovely terrace but little sun at this time of year so if you want to sit in the sun ask for upper floor. Pool good size, my husband went in once as it was too cold for me. Lots of sunbeds. Quiet location and only 15/20 minutes to centre and further 5/10 down to port. 5minutes you can access beach and walk to dunes. Facilities Great, staff friendly and helpful. Grounds lovely apartment has what you need for self catering. Very pleased with our stay.

The hotel is adults only. The facilities are excellent, plenty of space, various restaurants from which to choose ie Canarian, Japanese, Italian and European. The food was a very high standard. There are two swimming pools, the larger one was quite cool but the smaller one seemed to be slightly heated, it was very pleasant. The spa had a series of pools with water features plus of course the usual sauna and steam room. We spent a couple of afternoons by the spa pop when the weather was not warm enough to sit outside. The room we had, facing the sea, was large, a lovely balcony, really comfortable bed, wonderful bathroom and shower. The staff were friendly and very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We have enjoyed a wonderful week here.

Have reviewed this hotel before and would like underline the effort and service put in by the Staff to make yout stay as nice as possible. They work continuously to keep the place very clean and tidy, from reception to the pools and Bars the upkeep is relentless, they create a very friendly environment, are helpful and cheerful and work together well such that we always look forward to returning and enjoying a very nice peaceful atmosphere and ambience.Friendly staff make friends.

First of all, I’m very surprised by the bad reviews and feel those just like to complain about anything and everything. Absolutely nothing wrong with the food and hotel. I visited in June 2024 with my girlfriend and was surprised at how lovely and clean the hotel is. Rooms are very spacious, cleaned daily and modern, with a balcony, TV, kettle and more. It is a hotel that caters to all and is located beside a shopping centre, water park and only a short walk to the Harbor, restaurants, bars and more. We stayed all inclusive and loved every second of it. Lots of fruit and veg which we were very happy about, along with a large variety of meats each meal which also catered to my girlfriend who is allergic to gluten. We also tried the Canarian a la crate night which we feel could have had a little more variety but all in all the food was excellent. The hotel is suited for everyone from families to couples and it was relatively busy during our stay but there is plenty of space for everyone and nothing was ever too crowded. Breakfast and lunch is located in the building beside the larger pool then dinner is located down stairs in a different area which was nice to have a change for the evenings. We are an active couple and one of the reasons we stayed here was because of the large gym which hotel guests can access from 7am. Also there are two pools, with the larger one being for the kids and families then a quiet pool located just around the corner is more where couples sunbathed and we enjoyed each day there. Highly recommend this hotel for everyone and the staff have been 5 star throughout the stay. We have to give a big shoutout to Natalia who answered every question and ensured we were well looked after. Witnessed some guests being rude towards reception staff who dealt with the issues professionally and respectfully. I’ll never understand how people can be so rude to lovely people just doing their job.
