A faraway place, beautiful Cuba🇨🇺. It is a rare opportunity to check in here. I have been staying here for the past two days and have been giving good reviews. It is realistic to say that the hotel🏨 is good, but the shortcomings also need to be paid attention to and improved by the hotel🏨. On the last day of checking out, I finally found a taxi far away outside. I explained: let the driver wait for me to get my luggage, and then check out and check the room. It won’t take long, and I will add money because of the waiting. The driver happily accepted it. But there was a problem with the room inspection. The hotel would not let me leave because of the language problem. It took a long time to figure it out. They said that I consumed drinks in the hotel. Let me pay for the drinks. It’s not a matter of money [because I don’t want to be on the street, the plane is late, and I spent 550 a day for the room, but I only stayed for 4.5 hours], it’s realistic! There is no refrigerator in my room, let alone orange juice and coke🥤, which is inexplicable! It has been a stalemate, and the staff who checked the room finally shouted several times in a hurry: sorry. The problem was solved. (I guess they got the wrong room). The ending was that the driver waited for too long and got angry. He stepped on the accelerator to express his anger, and his car broke down at the door of the hotel 🏨 [All the hotel staff (front desk, reception, doorman, cleaner, room inspector, hotel manager) witnessed this]. I was going to the airport, and I was so anxious that I had to change cars. The hotel may not read the comments, or may not care. It doesn't matter. It's over! It's rare to be confused. But I sincerely hope that the hotel will explain what happened after reading my comments! Thank you! Finally, I want to say: Please strengthen the management of the hotel and don't let similar situations happen again, which will make us tourists exhausted, anxious, and emotionally collapsed! (In a foreign land, there are only 2 flights a week) It's so rare to come to Cuba once in a lifetime, and I'm always excited and excited about the beauty! But your little ”carelessness” and ”little mistake” will make everything that was originally beautiful form an indelible shadow in my heart. A sigh, the memory of grievance and helplessness will never go away! 😭 Back home, goodbye, beautiful Cuba🇨🇺😭

My wife and I stayed at the hotel back in October. The overall experience was great. Nothing negative comes to mind. We were told the hotel's pet friendly so we stayed with our 5 m/o Xolo. We all had a great time. For me personally, what really hit it out of the park was the breakfast and the 10/10 guest service. Even though our stay happened during a national blackout in Cuba things went so smoothly there and the staff really went an extra mile to make us feel like everything was OK.

Not a bad hotel to stay for 1-2 days, good location and decent breakfast, small rooms, no windows. The girl at the reception speaks good Russian, she was very helpful in solving current problems, thank you very much.

Another great stay at El Encanto. Everything is just so easy and they really give you that personal service like you are home. It is great to be back in Cuba after COVID. Everything is back and better. El Encanto is perfectly located in Central Habana. Super close walking distance to everything... the Malecon, Vedado, Hotel Nacional, Habana Vieja and Downtown. The rooms are well appointed with flat screen TVs, full bathrooms with plenty of hot water and good pressure, they even have little refrigerators for drinks and snacks. Definitely recommend staying here. Very safe area to walk at any time. Close to many restaurants. The hotel can exchange money for your which makes it super convenient and trustworthy. They know the area well and have plenty of recommendations. Taxis are easily available. The hotel can call and make reservations and taxis. They speak English. There are many room types for families, single travelers, etc. Great views from the roof terrace as well. They also have beer and water to purchase. The Wifi is included and reliable. Oh, and the included breakfast is perfect to start the day.

Like domestic economic hotel conditions, of course the price is cheap. If you can't stand the poor bedding, be cautious. But the location is excellent.
