1.早上到店前台找不到人辦入住 定了9.30-10.01的住宿，9.30路上下雨堵車10.01早上6點多才到店，到店後前台沒有人，6:36開始打電話電話也在前台，找半天找不到人，後面無奈6:43打攜程客服電話，攜程客服幫忙聯繫才姍姍來遲，來了以後沒有絲毫抱歉的態度，説等了半天沒等到，人也找不到，從進門到前台出現，起碼有15-20分鐘，人家直接無所謂還略帶生氣的來一句：才幾分鐘嘛！態度差 2.房間很吵 辦理入住，到了房間，準備睡覺休息，結果洗了澡躺在床上房間裏都是設備運行的噪音，以為是新風系統的聲音把新風系統開關關掉，還是噪音很大，可能房間就緊挨着其它的設備房，也沒做隔音處理吧，一夜沒睡的情況下，在這種噪音幹擾下還是很久才睡着。 3.大堂裝修確實很有特色，但是房間真的太吵了

After discussing with the landlord, we extended the check-out time for three hours without affecting the next guest. Give the landlord who is in a hurry 👍

The milk tea in the drink machine is milk➕sugar, which has nothing to do with tea. The juice is made from juice powder , still hot and sweet. There are only four or five dishes in total. The staple food is pumpkin sweet potato porridge, steamed buns and rice noodles. It really doesn’t cost a lot to add some bread. Everything else is okay. The hotel is decorated in an old-fashioned style with a traditional style. The service is not bad. Snacks are also provided, and the cleaning is also clean. It’s just that the foot bath that Ctrip gave away is a bit lame, that is, a voucher of 39r per person, the lowest price of foot bath is 199 I remember, the price is still second, the problem is that it cooperates with other foot bath shops, not hotels , I went to look at it, I was really tired and wanted to massage my feet, but the foot bath shop didn’t have disposable towels 😂😂 Think about it or forget it. Except for the gift items that bring down the overall level, everything else is okay. Zunyi should be a third-tier city and not very developed. As a hotel in a third-tier city, it can meet the standard of 3🌟, which is quite satisfactory. The 4🌟 set by Ctrip is a bit high.
