A pousada está localizada na Praia do Cupe, em Porto de Galinhas. A praia é linda, porém de mar batido e perigosa, exigindo atenção. Hoje tivemos até mesmo alerta de tubarão. Tem um restaurante associado, que explora tanto a alimentação dos hóspedes na praia, quanto fornece o café da manhã - razoável -, café da tarde e almoço e janta. Nossa estadia, prevista para o período de 15 a 22/02/24, estava indo muito bem até hoje, quando tivemos a visita na praia em frente ao hotel, de um irmão e familiares que estão hospedados em Porto de Galinhas. Precisando de mais 4 cadeiras de praia e de um guarda-sol adicional, fui informado de que deveria solicitá-los na recepção (Paulo). Na oportunidade da solicitação o atendente acima me informou que o custo de locação seria de R$ 100,00 por pessoa. Considerando a cobrança descabida. - afinal cosumiríamos no serviço do hotel - desistimos do propósito e nos deslocamos para um serviço alternativo oferecido na praia a preço muito melhor. Terminada a praia convidei meu irmão e demais familiares a almoçarmos no restaurante do hotel que - conforme avisa placa colocada na margem do terreno do hotel virada para a praia - É DE ACESSO LIVRE AO PÚBLICO, sem qualquer outro esclarecimento ou alerta adicional. Após o almoço, assinada a devida comanda da despesa, fomos nos despedir do familiares na porta do hotel. Para nossa surpresa, quando de retorno ao nosso quarto, fomos interpelados pelo atendente Sr. Paulo, nos solicitando que assinassemos uma comanda de R$ 500.00 (quinhentos reais) por DAY USE. Esclareça-se que a única coisa a ser eventualmente usada num eventual Day Use é uma piscina minúscula na qual, mesmo como hospedes nunca entramos e qua não foi utilizada por qualquer dos convidados para o almoço. Lógicamente nos recusamos a assinar tal exploração, mas a proprietária da pousada, identificando-se como tal arguiu que tinha imagens de três do visitantes almoçando em uma mesa na frente do restaurante, na chamada área comum e que isso caracterizaria o uso de um espaço do hotel e, portanto, a cobrança do alegado Day Use; em absoluta e total discrepância com os usos e costumes do consumidor desse tipo de serviço e até mesmo com a ética da atividade. Nunca mais retorno aqui, e não indico a pousada a quem quer que seja; lamentavelmente.

Fantastic pousada at the best location of Porto de Galinhas. Recommend an ocean view room. Super friendly staff, very well trained to make you not want to leave the hotel. Food is really good and prices are decent. Right next door to the natural pool and 5 km to downtown. You can walk to downtown on the beach. Massage was also outstanding. Live music events occasionally also very nice. I would rank this number 1 in Porto.

We chose this hotel for being of economic category, as we wanted to enjoy the trips more, but we were surprised. The staff's care was exceptional, we were all very good. A good breakfast, with tapioca and omelet made at the time, we just didn't cut the coffee time, because many tours started early and the coffee started late, we ended up losing a few days of coffee. The room is small, but it served us well for what we needed, the TV was not working, but we did not need it, so much that we didn't complain with the reception: for the common areas it has a pool, a barbecue, a kitchen. As our idea was to walk, we did not take much advantage. I believe it is a good option for who will spend the days on the tours or on the beach, the cost x benefit is a lot!

Our stay in Armaçao was beautiful. We enjoyed it very much. I went with my two kids aged 9 and 14 and we all had a wonderful time. The good: -excellent musical entertainment at night. Every day a different band and they were all amazing -the staff is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful the people are, everyone from the front desk to the staff at the restaurants, bar, and room service. -the hotel is very well located, we took an uber to the center of town almost every day which cost about $2 USD one way. Very easy. It is also situated right in the middle of all the beaches so you can visit the beaches to the north which are 10 minutes away by uber or the ones further south another 10 minutes away. Very comfortable. The beach the hotel is situated at is a bit more rough with larger waves, but warm water and we went in the ocean several times right in front of the hotel. -you can walk to town from the hotel on the beach, it's about 2km away. -this is not a luxury resort, but everything is clean and the amenities are all you need. The beds are super comfortable and the room is spacious. -there are no places to refill water bottles so you have to buy bottled water from town or from the mini fridge in the room. It is not expensive, but also not very eco friendly. -the food, drinks and massages etc in the hotel are affordable so you pamper yourself away -there is a small store inside the hotel that has everything you could possibly need from repellant to swimsuits and prices are consistent with what you find in the center of town, not overpriced like some hotels. -there are 2 travel agencies that have a small office inside the hotel and you can hire tours from them without leaving the hotel. The prices are not too different from the agencies that offer the same day trips in the center of town, so it's worth it to hire them at the hotel if you want comfort and ease The not so good: Some things that I think could be improved... -The pool by the beach does not have umbrellas by the pool lounge chairs. I wish they had because the sun is very strong and if you want to lounge by the pool while drinking a caipirinha and watching your kids swim, you have to be under the sun. You do not have the option of being in the shade. In order to be in the shade you have to move to the lounge chairs on the beach or by the bar, which are not directly in front of the pool. -Our room did not have a glass window so if we wanted sunlight, the only possibility was to open the door or open the wooden shades, but if we wanted to have privacy and sunlight it was not possible because we did not have a glass window. We also didn't have a window mosquito net, so when we opened the wooden shades to get air or sunlight into the room, all the mosquitoes came in and for the first 4 nights we had a hard time because got bit, a lot. The structure of the hostel and the rooms itself is good, the biggest problem is access to the hostel: it has to pass about 3 or 4 quarters of street on the ground, with water vaying and very buried. Another thing we don't like was that they exchanged bed and towels every 3 days, i.e., our room was never clean during our stay. It is also very good, it is a good breakfast, a relatively large room with fridge, microwave and pia, that for us who were with a baby was great, they are expanding another banner of rooms.

Llegamos después de las 12 de la noche, luego de todo un día de viaje. El recepcionista solo dio la llave, subió el equipaje y nada más. Podría haber una recepción y cambiaría mucho la percepción del lugar. Los desayunos fueron normales, nada de espectaculares como muchos comentarios. Le falta mucho para ser espectaculares. La habitación fue cómoda con un buen balcón y linda vista al mar, aunque le faltaria una mesa y sillones ahi. Tuvimos que sacar la mesa y las sillas al balcón. Los ameneties del baño estaban bien, debería mejorar la calidad de las toallas y toallones, tenían muchas lavadas y estaban ásperos. El mueble de la habitación no es muy funcional, no es posible dejar las valijas abiertas. La caja de seguridad es antigua. Faltarían unos tapetes al costado de la cama. El área externa de pileta es agradable y bien mantenida. La limpieza diaria de la habitación y el baño era correcta. El personal es competente y amable. Se puede caminar hasta la playa, queda a 200 metros, pero 1,5 km hasta la playa principal de Pto de Galinhas. La pousada está justo muy cerca de la construcción de un edificio y el horario laboral es de 6 a 17 hs. Hay mucho ruido. El precio por Booking es muy caro.
