The hotel needs maintenance. Bed clothes are already spent, some of them are shaved. The hotel's reception is only wet dog, and you need to improve this issue much. Although the hotel has the option to take breakfast, paying an extra fee, we chose not to take breakfast at the hotel in the light of the smell of the reception. I have been hosted in the Ibis Budget of Aracaju in Atalaja for a few years, and unfortunately the hotel has fallen very well. I wouldn't recommend staying in this hotel today.

The hotel is at a good price, but for the same value offered there are better options. The location is OK and breakfast is served, but the hotel is in a state of a little ”dislease”. I would recommend the network owners more careful with the space and there would be a value for the accommodation.

Ficamos, um casal, no quarto 207, por 4 diárias, em 11/2023. Prós: Localização excelente. Preço relativamente bom. Atendimento cortês e amigável, porém, com dificuldade para resolver os problemas. Quarto amplo. Café da manhã bom (você pode solicitar ovos e tapiocas). A piscina é aquecida e boa para relaxar. Contras: Não tem elevador (se tiver dificuldade de locomoção, tem que ficar no térreo). Construção antiga (apesar de reformada). A acústica é bem ruim (o som das pessoas no corredor entra completamente no quarto). Roupas de cama e de banho muito antigas e quase rasgando. Travesseiros muito moles e pouco confortáveis. O ar-condicionado faz um barulho tremendo e constante (quem tem dificuldade não vai conseguir dormir) e precisa ser ligado no alto (sorte que tenho boa estatura). Chuveiro com vazão muito limitada (e precisa ser ligado por um interruptor, que não nos avisaram). O banheiro não parecia estar limpo, com marcas de ferrugem e manchas no piso e no vidro do box. Conclusão: sendo um hotel de 3 estrelas, muito bem localizado e com preço relativamente menor, considero uma boa opção (necessita continuar com as reformas e atualizar os aparelhos de ar-condicionado). Mas, se você tem dificuldades para dormir e precisa (ou deseja) mais conforto, vocês terá dias de sofrimento.
