Very noisy, there are strange noises in the room, I can't sleep at all, and the hygiene is also very poor. The service attitude is also average, not worth the price at all. You can look at other hotels.

Not satisfied: 1. When checking in at the front desk, I felt that the customer service attitude was unfriendly. 2. I booked a three-night stay (dates 23rd to 26th). When checking in, the apar**ent password sent by the guest via WeChat was only valid for one day and would expire after 24 hours. I didn't notice it at the time. The next day when I went back to my apar**ent and pressed the password, I couldn't unlock it. I thought I had pressed the wrong password for a long time, only to find out that the password had expired and was only valid for one day! You have to contact customer service to get a new password, the deadline is 24-27 days, funny. 3. There is an unpleasant smell in the kitchen and toilet, like durian + salted fish. It's probably the sewer. There was a smell 24 hours a day for three days. 4. A door on the floor cabinet in the apar**ent is damaged. Please take a photo immediately after check-in to notify customer service to avoid any disputes when checking out. No response received. It is estimated that customer service responds selectively🤣. Because I contacted customer service about passwords and cleaning issues and they all responded. 5. There are only 4 hangers, which is too few. The apar**ent for four people is not enough. 6. There is no commercial area around. satisfy: 1. Fresh and clean bath towels. 2. The bed is clean. 3. The apar**ent is relatively clean, maybe it’s new. It is recommended to perform timely maintenance and repairs, for example, if the rubber edge of the basin is blackened. There is age and water damage on the bathroom door and underneath the glass shower door. 4. You can request to continue the sanitation, arrange cleaning, garbage removal and change of bath towels.

Unexpectedly, a room that can accommodate four people only provides supplies and water for two people. You can only get two more pairs of shoes and slippers from the front desk. The door does not close automatically. You have to close it hard or it will bounce back. We didn't notice it when we went out and found out when we returned to the room. It's not closed but parking is free. There are plenty of parking spaces so you can go out at any time.

The overall facilities and services of this hotel are excellent. From check-in to check-out, the staff are very friendly and professional, making me feel very welcome. The hotel room is clean and well-equipped, making me find a comfortable resting place in this strange city.

There is a McDonald's and a supermarket downstairs, so it is convenient to buy daily necessities. If you need to add a quilt, you need to add 50 yuan for cleaning. There is only a three-person sofa in the room, which is not enough.

Clean and tidy, the upper floor of the Loft apar**ent is two bedrooms, and the lower floor is the living room and bathroom🚻 The building is a small shopping mall, which is convenient for eating. There is McDonald's, coffee shop, and Shaxian snacks downstairs for breakfast. The attitude of the front desk is a bit stiff, but the rest is pretty good. It is very close to the scenic spot. The starting price for taxis is about 5 bus stops to Sun Moon Bay and the beach.

Large space, clean and comfortable, very suitable for family travel, the service is OK, tell the front desk what you need and they will deliver it. It is about two or three kilometers away from the beach, and the price/performance ratio is very high. My family is very satisfied, and I will stay here again next time if I have the chance!

There is only one pot for hot pot, and at least it needs a spoon. Otherwise, how can we cook it? I ordered it because there is a kitchen. It is recommended to have a spoon for those who need it. I see that other apar**ents are fully equipped.

I stayed there for the second time and the experience was still very good👍👍 The hotel is in a great location, the two cleaning ladies are doing their job well, the room is very clean, and the front desk guy is also very enthusiastic! There are plenty of parking spaces in the underground parking lot. Before driving, go to the front desk to register your license plate number, and you can park for free, which is great👍👍
