Best Hotel in china We got help with the bocking of the hua shan. We were able to check out late with no problem.

The location was excellent and the hotel staff helped us book travel to and from attractions. It's kept clean and breakfast had a vast variety of foods to choose from.

One of my favourite hotels in many years. Location was perfect and the room very well equipped modern and extremely comfortable. Robes, teas, toiletries and lighting effects all commensurate with a high quality hotel. The reception area is lovely with delicious free teas and a coffee machine. What set this hotel apart however was the staff- they bent over backwards to help us at every turn. Answering every request and question promptly and efficiently and going over and above in terms of service. I would return in a heartbeat!!!

I check in the hotel at 13:00(06/Nov/23),Ms Sūn(?)at front desk was so friendly and very helpful. She help me make a phone call to courier and received my delivery. The room was comfortable and very very very clean. particularly for a mid town hotel,hotel is right on the edge of "Bell Tower" on Xi An.I loved the convenience of this location. Best reason to stay here is lots of nice place to visit nd enjoy,who like shopping,local dishes, food stalls,night club(there is many options there) ...all within walking distance everthing was perfect, nothing bad at all to say nd I hope to stay here again. Excellent hotel. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We visited as a family of four and hotel was fine with us booking a room with two double beds meant for three adults. Room was spacious, clean and well served with amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful and hotel was well managed and clean. Reception staff helpful and quick to serve. Reception also had refreshments. Breakfast had a full range of Asian and western food in buffet style, lots to choose from. Location is great for seeing the city and very close to the wall, towers etc.

This Hotel is just PERFECT!!! It was the best stay I ever had in a hotel. 10/10 for service, cleanliness, amenities, location...everything was outstanding! Thank you Crystal Hotel for making my stay in Xi'an comfortable and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who's planning on going to Xi'an. The location is close to the scenic areas and the staff help me to arrange a car to take me to the Terra-Cotta Warriors and to pick me up and drop-off at the airport. They do attend to all your needs and are very helpful, the rooms are big ans clean the bed is comfortable and the view on the balcony is impeccable. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

Facilities: Complete Sanitation: Comfortable Environment: Elegant Service: Especially friendly and gentle, warm and hospitable. The location is excellent, with the bell tower in front, SIP, Wangfujing Depar**ent Store and two other large depar**ent store plazas in the back, Xiangzi Temple Street and Romantic Bar Street on the left, and Mule and Horse Market, a square night market with delicious bars and bars for young people, on the right. The Chengmen motorcycle assembly point is under the window facing the street of the hotel. You can go downstairs to watch motorcycles and sports cars at night, chat and meet friends. All of the above can be reached within 10-15 minutes on foot. The price is very cost-effective. The only suggestion is that tourists who are afraid of noise should live in the back street. I think the cost performance is very good in the tourist center. Compared with places like Shanghai and Shenzhen, I think hotels in this location in Xi'an can be the first choice.

At first, I booked another hotel for more than 600 yuan, and the experience was very bad. After my friend recommended it, I came to Orange Crystal, which was great in every aspect! Facilities: Very complete, super friendly for business travelers, washing and drying are available 24 hours a day. And laundry detergent and softener are provided, and disinfectant is also considered for hygiene issues. The facilities in the room are also complete, with four large bottles of 500ml water, a minibar, and a hand-brewed coffee, which is quite fun. Service: The brother and sister at the front desk are very enthusiastic, and the check-in is super fast! And, Xi'an is really hot today, and we were given two small bottles of water when we checked out, which is really great. Environment: It is very convenient to travel around, and it is a combination of eating, drinking and having fun. The price-performance ratio is really too high.

Apart from the good location and ok breakfast, there are no other advantages. The whole hotel has a faint smell of garbage, and the room is even worse. It is slightly lighter with the window open but very noisy. It is very quiet with the window closed but has a strong sewer smell. The first room I stayed in had a very choking smell of cigarettes. The second room was fragrant as soon as I entered the door, and it immediately returned to its original state in less than ten minutes. My mother has allergic rhinitis and started sneezing in the middle of the night. The toilet and bathroom both smelled very strong! The room facilities are not old, but you will hit your head when washing your face with the sink. You have to fumble to turn off the switch, or lower your head. The aisle between the bed and the TV cabinet can only be walked by one person, and one person must give way when walking back and forth! The stay was very bad. There was no place to put the suitcase, so it could only be placed between the two beds. Both of us had to carry something and walk back and forth! The layout of the room is very depressing, because the TV cabinet is too close to the bed. When sleeping on the bed, I felt like I was pressed by the wall of the TV cabinet, which I couldn't accept! The subway station is not close, more than 700 meters away. Fortunately, I only booked one night, and changed hotels the next day. There was no need to stay in this hotel just for the location! I have reviewed several hotels on Ctrip, and I always complained about the hassles. This time, I really can't accept it! ! Everyone should do more research before booking, or try a different room type! ! !
