Good location, amazing breakfast with many choices

I really liked the hotel. It's an old hotel, but everything works properly. Because it is old, the differences are that there is no card on the door but the traditional key to close the door. The elevator has a door that has to be opened. But nothing that stopped being functional. The service was very good. And I loved the breakfast! Coffee, milk, juices, yogurt, cakes, breads, and many other options. There is a pharmacy, bakery next to the hotel, there is also a 24-hour market which I used late at night because I wanted water, beer and sweets (which are cheaper than the minibar). And of course, remembering security, when I went out to the market at night, I left my cell phone and belongings in the room and went there, which is the recommendation due to the place. But despite that, it was still peaceful.

A simple hotel recommended more for work, but the breakfast is very good, clean, organized, humanized service, super polite. It's a non-luxury hotel, the room I stayed in was very small and with a single bed, when I made the reservation a photo of a double bed appeared, the pillows were also very high and hard, I think they should be changed. I had access to the maid, very good and polite people. The room I stayed in also had a small table for work, I just found the chair a little low, but I put a pillow on the chair and everything was fine, good quality Wi-Fi. The hotel also has 2 restaurant options, limited menus, good service, and a pizza option for those who like it. Good place to catch UBER, but I was told that the surrounding area is dangerous, so be careful with cell phones.

I stayed in room 112, which has the hotel's boiler working. It starts working in the morning, it makes a lot of noise, the guest can't sleep. Horrible and you have to ask reception for towels because the maids forget. The internet at the Hotel Itamaraty is terrible, it fails every time. Terrible

Service and cordiality, attention to the customer and their needs. Education and respect from the beginning of the accommodation to the end of all hierarchical levels of the hotel. It was Great and missing going back. Ah guys, the coffee is delicious 😋 I loved it.

Very good hotel, great for those who want a good location in São Paulo. Good rooms, with new air conditioning and good facilities.

I have been staying at this hotel for decades. The cost/benefit is very good. Parking next to the entrance for very good value. Don't expect luxury. Unfortunately, the area is horrible and you can't do almost anything at night on foot, especially with children. But the hotel is connected inside to a pizzeria and a restaurant. So, you can eat well without leaving the hotel. During the day it is quiet.

Very good hotel, even though it is in the center it is worth it. Infrastructure ok. polite employees. Parking is next to the Hotel, R$33 per day. For the price it is very worth it. Very good breakfast.

The hotel has an old structure, very old furniture, bathroom with a faulty tap, shower was not working. The staff alone was a good experience.
