Really clean and nice area to stay , trainline has a stop just in front of hotel from the airport

It was a cute hotel with a nice concept. The rooms were clean but didn’t have as many amenities as normal. The neighbors next door were loud but hotel staff was kind enough to tell them to pipe down. Overall a pleasant stay

We loved everything about this hotel. The entire space is filled with art and the rooms are clean and gorgeous plus it's dog friendly. (There are several grounds nearby with grass to walk your pooch.) When visiting Phoenix, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

My husband and I stay here every time we visit Phoenix. We absolutely love this hotel and the location, there's so many good restaurants within walking distance and great food at the hotel.

Everything went smoothly with my reservation and stay. Lovely hotel Located perfectly for enjoying downtown Phoenix in a park setting.

I highly enjoyed the room itself. Every time I stay I cannot stop raving about the structure of the rooms let alone the BATHROOMS? the walk in shower with a mirror and seat is seriously the most beautiful and relaxing “shower” I have ever seen in Arizona and i’ve been to lots of hotels here. Although they do not have a 24 hour service room service, the front desk of always kind and eager to help me with whatever I need. They answer my questions throughly and I am a guest who frequently needs early check in and they always try to accommodate me as best as they can. The pool is a bit small but definitely relaxing and the food in and around the hotel is simply magnificent. Would definitely recommend staying here if you have the opportunity to!

Great environment and location.

Was a beautiful and artsy hotel in downtown Phoenix. Customer service was really nice, with events and fun art pieces on the walls to look at. Beautiful rooms, clean and pleasant to stay in. Will definitely stay again in since we had such a great experience.

Really unique boutique hotel. Funky art, solid bar, cafe & food. Great place to stay when in Phoenix.

Front desk needs work

Only issue with this place is house keeping. Everyday that we were there we had less and less wash clothes and towels to the point where on the last night there were no wash clothes, one towel and no bath rug. However it was quickly rectified by front desk representative when we called down and checked out.

Clean, very friendly and excellent staff members. Convenient. Did not like the fact that amenities did not come with the room cost. Cable had limited channels I could enjoy.

This is my second time staying at FoundRE and it was once again a great experience! I love the esthetics they present and always feel welcomed. The front desk concierge is always helpful and greets everyone with a smile. The rooms are nice and modern with a touch of art!

The service and the staff were great. Comfortable stay and friendly service. Only downside was the WIFI. It didn’t in our room no matter what we did.
