Come again ,some room aircond is too low and hot,please fix it,but I am like it dorsett subang ,will come it again ,please fix the aircond

I encountered some challenges with the concierge staff at Dorsett Grand Subang, as they were unhelpful and rude. However, after addressing the issue with the reception, they promptly upgraded all five of our rooms, which improved our overall experience. Despite the initial setback, the hotel's responsiveness and commi**ent to guest satisfaction were commendable.

Overall a comfortable stay, as intended to book on the reason of nearby Subang Airport. Spacious room, quiet and clean. Recommend if you are catching flight in Subang Airport, just 10-15 minutes taxi ride.

The check-in was smooth, the room is big & comfortable, our family go to hotel when we want to stay in Subang Jaya. The aircond is a centralized so the room was quite cold at night. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel. 😊

This is one of the worst 5 stars hotel i ever stayed in. 1. Inconsistent house keeping. 4 nights out of 14 nights no floor towel and bath towel. Have to call house keeping for them although they delivered very quickly. Some of the towels have holes on it. 2. Pillow case and bedding have blood stain mark or some mouldy marks. 3. When i extended my stay, the hotel extend my room key card but not my car number plate. When i asked about the extra charges, the front desk said because i did not inform the hotel about my car number plate when i extend my room key card. I wonder shouldn't they ask me about my car number plate when extend my room key card? The lady just said sorry, no rebate! That is it. 4. During my check out time, i told the front desk again about my parking being over charged, the reception is kind enough to give me a number. When i sent them that Touch & Go receipt, he will rebate me the extra charge. 5. I asked for a multiple plug to be left in my room in the morning before i left the hotel. The lady at the front desk said, its a high in demand item, first come first serve. At night when i returned, i asked again, front desk pointed me to concierge, concierge said there is a International wall plug next to the desk. I told him, its not working, unable to push the plug in. He said, its impossible, 3 times. However, there are two things i like about this hotel. The shower is strong and comfortable although the handheld shower is with no angle. The mattress and pillow is very good, not too soft or too hard. At least every night i have a good shower and good sleep.

This hotel has to train its staff so that clear information is given to the guests. I stayed there for 3 days two nights and every day the rules for parking were changing. If the simple thing like parking they couldn’t be clear about, I’m not sure what else that could have not been clear. The staff were not helpful in solving the issue faced by me. It was a bad experience and I will never set my foot in this hotel again.

Great Service Nice Location specially to whom needs to do medical at Subang Jaya Medical Center Ramsay —— the best hotel in this area nearby all kind of food and pharmaceuticals not far from LRT and shopping center in Sunway Lagoon or Bukit Bintang but the hotel needs to do deep clean (many fungus in the bath room or window) and renovation (due to the exhaust wasn’t working and many broken panel, no phone in the bathroom as well).

Air-conditioning set at 20 degrees but felt like 25 degrees cel. Room type not the same as described. Staff explained the booked type not available, sorry.
