Recently completed major renovation, rooms are also refurbished, spacious, clean, quiet rooms. Bathroom are decent, would be great if there is a shower screen / curtain. 5 Star Hotel with good vibes.

For me booking the room with trip.com was a very good experience.The issue that i had was related to the services received at the hotel. I understand that the date that i selected was a prime date (holiday festival), i believe the management should look into this for the benefit of providing a good customer experience to the customer. I noticed that the room cleaner was the only one cleaner to clear the whole floor, resulting for me and my family to be able to check in finally around 7pm. The cleaner looks tired, room cleaned but I need to ask for few items after that. No complementary gift or anything but I am very happy because the men at the concierge section was very helpful. He managed to help us with one room first while waiting for the second room to be available for us. I hope Hilton, being a five star hotel will improve on this as it really impact our staying experience with Hilton

All okay but the executive lounge food was a bit underwhelming.

It was a comfortable stay but everything is very old. Need some changes. The location is good. Food and beverages is very delicious. Would come back and stay if they renovate and change the carpets and the frurnitured

Pro - Clean, renovated, good service and location. Cons - Can't sleep well because the traffic noise can hear clearly from outside and the pillow too soft.

Aside from hearing complaints about this hotel's services, I had no issue during my stay. It was a pleasant trip.

I was given an early check in at 12 pm even though the check in time was 3 pm. Also pleasantly surprised to get a fruit basket as compliment. 👍

The breakfast buffet was great. However, the room did not come with bathtub as advertised, which was quite disappointing.

Nice accommodation. However, i would be nice if my room got bathtub.

All is good. Friendly staff. Clean place. Parking was never a problem Breakfast was superb with too many choices of tasty delicacies
