Great scene and hotel with special castle feel. Good service and nice staff. Recommend to those interested parties better drive to there.

the hotel is located in the mountain with beautiful view. hotel room smelled old but big and clean. the private onsen in our room was great. the ocen view was fantastic and we faced Rainbow ocean since we saw several rainbow every mornings when we stayed. their staff.are very helpful, good and polite.

Enjoyed the private onsen facing the ocean inside the room. It was so relaxing!!! The hotel restaurant served great French cuisine with great services. Friendly hotel staff helps my mom and my aunt ordered an in room massage services, and they were impressed with the skills of the therapists. On my next visit to Otaru, definitely would love to stay here again.

My friend doesn't eat beef and I remember breakfast and dinner for both days. Breakfast is full of ritual, with free champagne. The price of HKD 2,600 per night (including breakfast and dinner) is very reasonable. There are special menus for major holidays, and free soba noodles are available on New Year’s Eve. The hotel has a shuttle bus to take guests to and from the city.

Both the building and the interior are in need of renovation. The staff and service are inflexible and complicated. But the location is simply amazing.

I guess you could call it a Japanese-Western ocean view room with an open-air bath.The room has classic furniture and a view of Shakotan, Shukutsu, and 3 directions.The soft water is flowing smoothly, and the window is open, so you can see from the sea. It was a truly luxurious experience, with a spacious bathtub where you could relax while feeling the cool breeze. I was also interested in having French food for dinner, but I decided to stay without meals in order to order a seafood feast, and I'm looking forward to enjoying the French course next time I visit! In the morning, the sun's rays turned the sea a beautiful blue color, and we were able to enjoy Shukutsu Blue! This is a wonderful hotel that we definitely want to visit again. I completely forgot to go to the observation deck at the hotel, so it's my revenge Neuschloss after all ^ ^ Thank you for the luxurious time!
