long waiting time for elevator

This hotel is iffy. it's a marriott so i expected it to be a bit better. they only gave a microwave in the lobby. when we were there, I went downstairs to check in for our second night and there's cops questioning a man and a baby is screaming and crying. I booked it because it was close to my job but I wouldn't pay more than $60 a night here.

The service at the front desk is very good and warm, but the room is super small. If you don’t have breakfast, you have to queue up. Others are ok

The location is very good, close to Times Square, and there are many restaurants around. The bathroom is quite big.

The location is great for exploring Times Square and the city. And the breakfast is delicious! The staff are very friendly. Overall the hotel is in excellent condition.

Its location is very good

The room is comfortable but small with two beds. The breakfast area is small and always bustling and food choices are limited. Having breakfast there is a dreadful experience.

The phone needed to be replaced. The sheets were stained but staff replaced them for me. The bed was kind of stiff

I had an excellent stay at the Fairfield Manhattan/Times Square. Fantastic location with a subway stop at the end of the block and very walkable to theater district, restaurants, and the train station. What a bonus to have breakfast included in a New York City hotel. Shout out to Irma who provided outstanding service! I will definitely return again.

Staff very friendly and attentive. I will recommend my family, friends. Also the fact they provide breakfast from 7-1100 am is excellent and the lady I believe her name is Theresa she greeted everyone with a big smile, friendly is the best service ever.

Room was clean and the staff was friendly. Only minor things to note: after my shower, water went around the toilet and sink to the door of the bathroom even after drawing the curtain so that there wouldn’t be any leaks. Also, one patch of the bedsheet was damp (but clean). Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

Good location to go around the sights around NY. Breakfast was a good staple in the morning before heading out for the day.
