A very practical hotel that provides great value. It's about 5-8 mins walk from Narita Station and has free shuttle service to Narita Airport when u check out. You will need to let the reception know in advance which shuttle bus time that you want to take so they will issue you the ticket for you and your luggage. The only thing is the free shuttle is only available in the morning (see photo). Amenities are can be taken at Lvl 1 where the reception is. Overall, I will recommend this hotel.

Good location, next to Keisei-Narita Station & Narita JR Station. Lobby has a modern & posh ambience. Provides free shuttle service to Narita Airport.

Hotel has good location but map doesn’t give better walking path. You go through KS station to back of the station. Then go downstairs and left turn 200m. The breakfast is very good.

Booked this hotel as our flight back home was early the next day. They did provide transport to airport. However, our flight was too early the next day so we didn’t manage to catch the transport provided by them. Nonetheless, the hotel was great for a short stay. Would recommend if your flight is early the next day as it only took about 15/20 mins to the airport.

We still have 20mins to our check in time, but the reception allowed us to check in slightly early due rooms are ready.
Very clean and comfortable. Pick up your amenites at the lobby. Nice coffee...
Near Keisei line, convenient shops are available near hotel area.
Airport shuttle bus available.
Will stay there or the same hotel in other Japan cities.

There is some issues with bed. I felt itching whenever I lay down on bed . I guess not sure though can be due to very old mattress and not properly cleaned bed sheet .
Hotel employee were nice . Narita San temple is waking distance about 15-20 minutes on foot from hotel .

Apart from the unbearable check-in process I had a comfortable 2-night stay at this property. For some reason they messed up my booking with some other guests and their excuses were ridiculous. Including the front desk manager (!) some of the receptionists definitely need more training...

The room is really smelly, the blankets are stink and have dark spots. Forgot to take a picture. Anyways no choice around that area.

Good size room. Was surprised there was even a full size bathtub, uncommon for a Japan business hotel. Drip coffee and green tea were supplied in the room. Location was excellent. Free airport drop off which saved us a lot of trouble. Friendly front desk. Highly recommended.
