The location was in a resort area, and they provided shuttle buses and personal transfers, the outdoor pool and jacuzzi were great, and the front desk service and breakfast were also good, but while I was in the room, I was surprised to find about three ants on the bed, about 7-8 dead flies on the sink, and some bugs I've never seen before walking on the floor, which was a big surprise for me as I don't like bugs very much. I understand that there are a lot of bugs in Okinawa, but it was difficult to fully relax in the room. If you don't mind bugs, I think it's fine!

The hotel is one of the hotels in the entire Shigira Resort. The resort is very large and there are many things to do. There are free tuk-tuks or buses connecting each hotel to the ropeway and beach, which is very convenient. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to Miyako Airport. No reservation is required for pick-up, it is right at the arrival exit; drop-off needs to be booked at the front desk. There are golden hot springs, ropeways and other facilities around. There are turtles in the bay at the door, and there are many kinds of marine sports. We signed up for paddle board and free diving tour. The room itself has a washing machine, which is very important. Go into the water several times a day, and wash wet clothes quickly. It also has its own kitchen, large refrigerator, oven, and coffee machine. The air conditioning is very powerful. Disadvantages: This family room is in Habor Wing, the facilities are old, the floor is still bulging, and although the cleaning is timely, cockroaches are found. The bedding is not very comfortable.

To be honest, I'm a little disappointed. Looking at the photos, it seems to be quite new, but I didn't expect the Seaview Building to be so old. The front desk staff are not particularly friendly either, their smiles are fake and insincere. I arrived at 12:30 and wanted to put down my luggage and was told that I couldn't. I had to come after 3 o'clock. I saw a Japanese tourist bus that had just arrived. The waiter was obviously very polite. Well, maybe I really don’t like tourists that much. There was originally a female staff member who checked in, but she didn't know English or didn't want to help with registration. Without explaining, she was replaced by another male staff member who didn't understand English very well. He was polite! Breakfast~ But nothing is missing. It’s at this price that I regret staying here. I really made the wrong choice!

It was my first trip to Miyakojima, but the staff were very helpful and I was satisfied with my stay. The room was spacious and I didn't feel any stress, but due to the location, there were a lot of insects from the balcony.

Outside the room we were shown, there was a tree growing in front of us, which ruined the location. It would be understandable if the hotel was fully booked, but it was a hotel that lacked consideration. Breakfast was also very crowded, and many guests reserved seats in advance, and many people lacked manners. There are many Japanese people who lack manners as well. I understand that the room cleaning is eco-friendly, but I wish it would be cleaned on the designated day. It only happens once during the stay.

Although it is a little old, it is clean and convenient. There are regular buses throughout the resort, which are convenient for going to the beach and restaurants. There is also a free bus directly to and from the airport. The scenery in the sea view room is so beautiful. I am very satisfied.

If you are someone who knows a bit about Japan, this was the best hotel!!!!

The South Island Resort is great. It is surrounded by the sea and is very popular. Drink beer at night and watch the stars. There is a free bus to Miyakojima Airport. It is very suitable for friends gatherings and families.

The location, breakfast, and view from the room were all great. I would definitely stay here again.

It was great. I was able to spend a relaxing time with my family, and my wife and children were very satisfied. Although the staff's service could use a little more improvement, we were able to spend every day there comfortably.

Breakfast buffet content: average, satisfactory for hotel grade, opening time was too early, it was too crowded, I wanted tomato juice, I had to find some way to connect the stairs to the tower building, it looked like it would be very difficult for elderly people to lift and lower heavy suitcases, service The response from the staff was very good.

I went during summer vacation in August. The restaurant in Shigira Resort was almost full with reservations every day, and if it was after 20:00, it was possible to make a reservation for the same day. The beach in front of the hotel does not have rentals such as floating rings, and it feels like there is a small sandy beach between the rocky areas. There were also fish on the beach.
