Room amenities were incomplete, body lotion was used, towel was only one piece. When we moved the couch, there were evidence of litter underneath it, peanuts were on the floor. We had to call operator to ask for the towel that was suppose to be provided because there was only 1 towel in the batthroom. Chair in the bedroom was out of place. Smell of the room was unpleasant. I received a rude approach from the hotel manager knocking in my hotel room door regarding a noise complaint from the guests on the floor which I was unaware of. To my surprise, I was wondering why I didn't receive a call in my room, but a very rude knock in my hotel room from the hotel manager himself saying in a rude voice if i dont ask my guests to leave, i would have to pay for every head that he would charge. This hotel is not accommodating, my experience upon check in took longer almost 20 to 30 minutes when I did the chlheck in after 3pm. I wouldn't mind if I were informed of the hotel rules and police earlier but a rude knock on my hotel room door all of a sudden is not acceptable from the hotel manager, rendering your hotel phone lines useless. I reiterate that this is and was a very unpleasant stay. And I would never come back nor recommend this hotel considering that I am a local and that today is my birthday .This situation should have been handled with quality service without any rudeness included. I did not just booked for a standard room but a deluxe twin suite and no guest should ever experience any form of rudeness from any staff of your hotel since this is my first experience at your hotel.

We had a great time staying at Rio hotel. The room was so amazing and it was very clean and tidy. The staffs were amazing and friendly. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.

Our stay was exceptional, The staff were friendly, and the room was beyond comfortable, clean and spacious. Our staying there was a great experience and will be coming soon back.

Hotel is good and location is good too. The hotel breakfast is totally not good. Don’t carry any expectation on breakfast. If need to pay then skip it. Not worth at all.

Finally back in Macau!! Hotel staff as friendly as before. Room is big and comfortable. Quite many eateries nearby although many of them closed since covid. Unfortunately, shuttle service was not available, hope it will be back in the future. But the location is still convenient to walk around.

Spacious and Decent enough

Hotel is good . Clean and spacious. Felt safe . No weird feeling while staying . Location is okay . Sadly it doesn’t have coach to terminal because they do not have ****** in the hotel. Have to find ways to the hotel and to the terminal . *There’s a nearby catering like a 5 min walk ( 三只小猪) food is nice though

This is our 4th time in this hotel and it didn’t disappoint. Rooms are big enough for our family of 3 . The pool is great for the little one . Lots of restaurants and supermarkets near by so will never go hungry . We will definitely stay again next time if the price was right .

The staff were nice and helpful. The room was tidy and comfortable. Location is good, close to famous hotels and ******s. I should like 👍 to book Rio Hotel again.
