Basically, it's good enough. The room was quite small. It had only one light source for the main bedroom, and another for the bathroom. The sink is in the living space, not the bathroom. Only two towels: one for the floor in the shower, and one to dry yourself off after the shower. There's a fridge so that's good. AC barely worked. Near a McDonalds and the Soto station, so it's good for that. Not a stay that you'd want for long term, but rather a quick day trip or weekend trip. The front desk guy was nice, but kind of worked slowly. I had to wait 10 minutes for service with one person ahead of me. Not rude at all, very cordial and communicated well with the hotel policies.

Comfortable little spot in Boyle Heights. Perfect if you want to stay somewhere cheap and not too fancy that is still close to everything LA has to offer.

It’s my first time in LA and the whole America. It’s on a hispanic area and I was shocked of the racial division in LA neighbourhoods. Almost all inhabitants of this area are Hispanic people. I go for the cheap hotel and straightforward service but not the creepy location as if I’m not in America

Area is ok. Managers are a little more irritable than others. Problem is parking. There are like 7 spaces, no street parking and if you want to leave the parking lot; they complain unbelievably and will NOT let you Park in the lot when you return

Don't stay at this hotel. I booked this hotel because the bus to Los Angeles was late. The facilities are old, the air conditioning in the room is out of order, and it's very cold at night with only a blanket. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was very kind, and although it was my first overseas trip, I was able to spend comfortably. Please try to stay.

Checked in at 23:00. The service attitude at the front desk was not good. It was similar to a hotel in China that costs 30 yuan.

Very limited parking, you have to call when you’re blocking the sidewalk and traffic to pull into their narrow gated driveway. At least there’s safety with having a gated parking space. Not recommended for big vehicles. Also, people were slamming their doors all throughout the night, playing music, shouting/laughing/god knows what else. Found a few hairs on both pillows so I’m certain they don’t actually clean after each guests and the showers had quite a bit of mold. Carpets were gross in the halls, but at least there was a (dirty) refrigerator in the room!

Front door lock wasn't working so a pain to get in and out of the hotel. No heat or smoke detectors in rooms. Bathroom light and shower faulty. Childrens small furniture in the room.

The manager stole my food then refused to speak to me. The manager then lied to ******* when they tried to remedy the situation. Manager is Very rude & lack of respect. I’m surprised ******* has this hotel on the site.

It was a simple hotel in an older part of LA just east of downtown. Rooms are very small.

If you visit LA to vacation in a hotel then this is not the place for you but if your staying in LA to visit the city then this is a great place to sleep because the transit is a block away and the food on this street is fantastic! I highly recommend Sushito! Cleanliness is pretty awful and the fridge didn’t work, shower also was only cold water but it’s cheap and you have a bed. I went for my first big trip and stayed for three nights, lucky they are 24/7 and I got a room at 3 in the morning. I was there for the big anime expo and the transit could take me from my hotel to the convention for only 4 bucks an all day pass.
