The location is perfect and I always walked to those tourist spots. The room is decent for solo traveler. If only the shower facilities can be better it would be a perfect stay. It seemed the shower head had some instability and strange noises every time I turned it on. But I would still choose this hotel due to its convenience

Strand Palace is always a delight, I have visited four time now and I have loved every minute. The best hotel in the best part of London! What more is there to ask for. Absolutely recommend!

It is a nice hotel and pleasant stay. I got early check in staffs are friendly. I stayed for 5 days and most of the attractions are nearby and it is one of the famous street with rich history.

Extremely convenient location near Covent Garden and the staff was nice and accommodating. The room was also nice and well-equipped. Would have been better if there was a mini-fridge.

The room is very clean and staffs are very friendly. I like the fact that the hotel is located in a very central area which is very convenient to travel and there are lot of nice restaurants nearby.

The Strand was lovely, very clean and staff friendly, rooms weren’t huge but cosy, nice hotel overall.

Receptionist was wonderful at check in. Room was a "cosy double" - and it was very cosy and squeezy indeed. Gym is functional.

The bedding is very cozy despite single room space is very small. Location is great. I would try other bigger room once I come back to London in the future.

There are no people standing at the front door there 24/7 and no one helping to carry the heavy luggage up to the staircase at the front door. Besides that, the pillow and bedsheets have previous guests’ hairs and body hairs as well.

A great hotel overall, the bedding was comfortable and clean, amenities were nice and the personnel was super kind. Perfectly located, walking-distance from a lot of places, so if you would like to avoid public transportation to explore by foot, its just the perfect place. I highly recommend it. 😉
