Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences Reviews

Location is great if you are in KL for some clean & luxury shopping district. It’s situated right at the opposite side of the Pavilion mall. Breakfast was horrible. It’s the worst one I’ve had so far My family agreed with my opinion on their breakfast. (We all stay in different countries so we do spend a lot of time at hotels, trying to visit each other). My sibling didn’t even bother to go for breakfast after the first day. We booked a two bedroom apar**ent, surprisingly it didn’t come with any bottled water. When I asked for some at the concierge, I was told to drink the water from the tap. When I requested for bottled water, as I do not want to drink the water from the sink, the concierge replied that they can only provide 2 bottles a day. I pointed out I booked a suite for 4 pax and paid for 4 (for breakfast and all) & he annoyingly replied ‘I’ll check with housekeeping’ and ended the call. We got the bottled water in the end, but this is nowhere near service provided by 5 star hotel. When I visited Pullman Resorts in Vietnam last year, I had great time with my family. So I happily chose Pullman hotel. But other than the location itself, everything was below average. If you are on a business trip, go ahead. But if you are in KL to spend time with ur loved ones, I do not recommend you to book this place.

The King size room is clean and big. The toiletries scent for shower and body cream .. so refreshing and relax. the location is a little awkward.its near Buikit Bintang yet not able to cross over since there is no traffic light. need to go via the passage from hotel Banyan trees through their lift at leve 2. other than that all are good, the staffs are very friendly , helpful and courteous. the breakfast offer selection is wide inlcuding local food like ChicKuteh,fried fritter , noodles .. Japanese sushi , India vegetarain and western, they even have yogurt icecream.

We were totally disappointed with our rooms. It’s a city view room with only view of the opposite block. We were told that they will change the room for us the next day but it was not done at all. The staff at breakfast did not clear the plates and not attentive. Chat and looks loss. I carried the plates to the trolley and even then was not forthcoming into taking it. We book 2 rooms and celebrating Mother’s Day. We only received a celebration cake in one room. The stupid answer given was they only give to one room. There are 2 couples celebrating Mother’s Day for their wives and have to share cake. If rooms are without city view why not indicate. Staying on 24th floor to see the next building .

My 1st time. Very comfortable with very Welcome receptioist name Mr Ega and other F&B crews at Restaurant at level 10. Good job !!! Wish will be staying again oneday.

Best value hotel that is so near Pavilion mall, connected by a bridge on the second level of Banyan Tree hotel. 10-15 walk to KLCC through a sheltered walkway. The deluxe king apar**ent is spacious with a kitchenette, dining and living room. The bed is super large king size bed and the room is well cleaned, expect there are no glasses in the bathroom to put our toothbrushes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet is a sumptuous spread. Will definitely stay here if we are visiting KL again.

a very convenient hotel, there is a link bridge to Pavilion. The room is nice and clean. Front office staff are so polite and helpful. Don't know about the food as has no chance to have meal there.

Nice place, central location. The breakfast was delicious and varied.

The hotel staff are very friendly and attentive. They went out of their way to give a surprise birthday cake and decorations when they found out that it was our grandchild’s birthday during our stay there.

Terrible experience with loose cabinet door hinge and bad design with no spacing in between wall tile n the cabinet door causing the glass crack while opening. yet the hire management n the technical team had different assessment on the outcome asking us to pay for the damage. ridiculous!

Great staff service! Accessible to shopping malls too. Always a great place to stay. Recommended.

The best 5 Star hotel /Appar**ent in the city center of Kuala Lumpur

A hotel that needs an interior facelift. We stayed on the apar**ent/residence side, not hotel. Its saving grace is the excellent service staff who attends to you and makes you feel welcome.
