A wonderful hotel.👍

it's about average hotel room that looks like castle on the outside. Please save your money. You can get the views of the mountains in any hotel. Concierge service is not useful/helpful. All of the restaurants are pre booked depending on when you visit, so you don't even get to enjoy the overpriced average food. TLDR: overpriced and not worth it, save your money. You can visit the hotel for the restaurants and shops while not paying exorbitant fees.

As expected, this is the best hotel in Banff. Every single piece of furniture was so beautiful that it felt like I had traveled back in time to a medieval castle😊 The room was small‼ I had seen information on YouTube beforehand, but it was a very spacious room, contrary to my expectations. It even came with a bathrobe, and it was the best room😊👌 For dinner, I went to a place called "Randle Bar" and had "beer", "shrimp salad", and "beef tartare". This was also great😍 The "chili pork" I ordered as an extra wasn't that great😅 I got up early in the morning and watched the sunrise over Cascade Mountain from the courtyard. It was the best‼️ For breakfast, I went to a restaurant called "stock", which opens at 6am, and had a hearty "B.E.L.T. sandwich" and cafe au lait, which was delicious and filling. The flight from Narita was delayed, so we didn't arrive in Banff until around 19:30, and the next morning we had to leave the hotel at 08:30 for a tour, so it was a shame that our stay was so short 😰 Next time, I'd like to check in early and stay in the hotel until the last possible moment 👍😊

It's a small suite with a pretty good environment. After the snow, it's like being in a fairy tale world! The hotel is also within walking distance of the center of Banff. The steakhouse is delicious and the service is good. I look forward to staying longer next time!

Facilities: Newly renovated Hygiene: OK Environment: Needless to say, first-class Service: Valet parking, the parking lot is a few minutes away, and you have to pay to park! There are several restaurants in the hotel! The lobby and exterior are both antique! Worth a visit!

Very expensive, but worth it! There is a bus service, which is very convenient to go everywhere. The environment is excellent and you can walk to Bow River Falls. There are many products in the store, including a private hot spring and swimming pool. The outdoor pool is awesome!

The room is small, the facilities are poor, and the price is too expensive

Although the room is a bit cramped, the hotel is worth a lot of appreciation! The location is excellent, travel is convenient, the style of the luxurious Scottish castle complements the scenery of lakes and mountains! Pushing open the old-fashioned heavy revolving door, you will feel that you have traveled through time and space, and start a dialogue with history. My daughter likes this heavy sense of history very much!

The price/performance ratio is super low. The room is small and the bathroom is even smaller and almost breathless. Except for the decent view of the North Mountain outside the window, it's really not worth it.

The maximum value is 2000, so don't step on the mine. As a Fairmont with a price range of 7-8000, it does not provide mineral water, and you have to call to ask for it, and then the minibar is empty and even if I am willing to pay, there is no service to fill the mini bar! The so-called hot spring hotel has no hot spring at all, just a small hot pool with a strong smell of disinfectant. The hotel’s activities started to be booked the day before we arrived, and we couldn’t make any reservations at all. We were told that each item was full. Later, we found out that there were less than ten places for the cycling event, for example. In such a big hotel with so many guests, what is the significance of this event? It’s okay if the room is old, it’s an old hotel after all, but the bathroom still has hair in the bathing area, so it’s not old.

The overall feeling is very good

We stayed on June 27th. When we got to the room, we found that the toilet was not cleaned. We immediately contacted the hotel. The hotel service was ok, and we sent someone to clean it immediately. , but also very disappointed. We wanted to check out and change to another hotel, but the hotel said that we wanted to find an agent to communicate with us, and the communication with the agent through Ctrip was fruitless, so we could only stay for one night, alas, 8677 yuan will be really a bit unfair.
