Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa Reviews

The hotel was easy to get into, parking was convenient and easy to navigate. The building and decor was beautiful and clean. We dont gamble but the ****** looked nice. Got the room because prior reviews said the beds were comfortable. Our bed was not great, seemed pretty typical for a hotel. The shower was nice, strong water pressure. I would say it was a bit too hot… even on the lowest temperature setting I was hot, and I like really hot showers. Lots of food options, albeit pricey. Loved the ocean view from the 40th floor. Had an issue with our keys- had 2 different reservations because Friday night was sold out at hotel so had to go online for the second night. Somehow we got checked out in the middle of the night and our keys got deactivated without our knowledge so we got locked out of the room. Staff resolved fairly promptly.

Upon check-in we were told we had a regular room with 2 queen beds, but booked and paid for a wellness room with 2 queen beds. At first we were told there were none, but then somehow one was found. When we went up to go to sleep, the room smelled a bit like ********* smoke so we turned the air filtration system from silent to turbo. During the night we were awakened by the extremely strong smell of *********. So strong that it seemed as though someone was in our room smoking it. We reported same in the morning as we were checking out and were told there was nothing they could do except have the air filtration system inspected and not charge us the $36 resort fee. This was completely unacceptable. We booked a wellness room for the sole purpose of the added air filtration system because we are allergic to smoke. Yet both of us woke up unable to breathe, stuffy and congested, not to mention with headaches, from the smoke.

Enjoyed our stay for the weekend. Clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. Many things to do and places to eat.

The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.

We had a great time there and the service was wonderful. The overall experience was great.

My Wife and I stayed here for her Birthday and we had a wonderful time. We had a room on a high floor with a great view of the city.

Food was very good. Hotel was very clean 👌

I love the fact that the hotel is at distance from board walk. Making it very private. Hotels near boardwalk everyone can enter. Also very clean excellent service. Wonderful resort.

Glad we finally stayed here. Been to a few shows but always stayed somewhere else due to price or availability. The Borgata is really nice.

I don't want to be too critical but there was no liquid soap in the shower and the toilet did not flush. This was not really discovered until the next morning and there really was no point contacting them about this. The only other observation was that the TV flickered in and out and "pixilated" quite a bit. This is not an inexpensive hotel (＞$500) on a Saturday night.

The property was clean and had a good ambience. We enjoyed the comedy show and will definitely return in the future.
