A particularly bad hotel. From night to around 3 o'clock in the morning, the people next door were making loud noises and listening to music. It was impossible to sleep. No one answered the phone at the hotel front desk or in the guest room. I contacted Ctrip for remote coordination and waited for half an hour. .

The hotel and staff were wonderful, the rooms were a bit dated. And I paid extra for a pool view and it was really just a view of the floor below, we could barely see the pool. Also, I wish every hotel had free fresh coffee in the lobby - the room coffee was okay but it seems like a simple thing so we don’t have to be $10 for coffee from the cafe.

Room was not 4 star. Building was beautiful, but the rooms were below average. I requested a transfer from our room. Front desk replied with "All the rooms are similar" Add to this our air conditioner was leaking and soaked some clothes next to it.

Warm cookies upon check in! Ease of parking in the lot of nearby. I wish I had booked my entire stay here.
The conditioner and soap in the shower were the only things I had to call in over to replace, but that was handled instantly.
Comfortable beds, kind staff. Will stay here again.

Cookies were amazing but hotel was outdated. Not bad but just not what I was expecting. They need to update their furniture. I liked how the living room area was separate. Couch was very old though. Good stay. Can't complain the price was good.

I stay at hotels a lot in the area. This one Hass to be one of the most outdated I have stayed at in a very long time and for a Hilton hotel, it’s a bit odd because historically they have been some of the best hotels we’ve stayed at. I was only there for three hours at one point and still had to pay a whole day of parking. Nothing spectacular definitely would prefer the kings inn down the street. In the future, I will be sure to extend my experiences to my family friends.
